出的。
我从uscis收到4份电子信件，分别是
card production ordered
welcoming new permanent resident
card production ordered
approval notice sent
然后就来卡了。

sure the name) first to the Labor for a survey-kind of thing to prove your
salary is above the average salary for this position. When this gets appoved
, then you can proceed to H1B application. |

Filed relink request (mail) Oct 10, 2010
Filed service request over phone Oct 26, 2010
Visited Senator's Office Nov 10, 2010 (USCIS started to reply my emails
since then).
485 appoval notice: Dec 2, 2010.
Card received: Dec 10, 2010.
My general feeling is that you can just call to relink (I am not even sure
whether USCIS ever received my paper relink request). I think Senator's

I read your citation poster tons of times. My 140 was appoved last month. I
planned to say normal thanks to you when I finally get GC. But now It looks
my 485 isn't going throughly.
So I am here to help others seach citations ans journal ranking because I
can really understand we need help each other now. |

于是很高兴，到处告诉人说我的也批了。
这周一又出来个update，说收到了，正在review，和上周三的status一样。
打电话过去问，因为是EB1b，申请人不能得到具体信息。
实在很奇怪，大家有遇到这种情况吗？
究竟我的case批没批呢？刚收到第二天就批，确实太快了，是不是还在审？

今天收到email通知说是appoved了。
国内Phd，neurobiology
现在在一个普通大学医学院做postdoc(research associate)。
英文文章6篇（一作4个，并列一作1个，二作1个），IF2分到十几分；
引用30次；
没有奖；没有媒体报道；
两次review；
六封推荐信（三个独立）。
H1还有不到半年要过期，正准备加急EB1，现在可以先缓一缓啦。

这件事说来真是奇怪，我都想再file一份140了
在11月16日，pp的第20天，忽然所有checks被cash了
11月17日,律师收到 140 notice 和receipt # email
在uscis网站一查，140 在11月10日就approve了，晚上再查又变成11月16日appove了
到现在为止，律师还没给我uscis mail的140 approve notice
所以也不知道140到底是哪天批的
现在485和指纹的notices都收到了，慢慢等485了
回想起来，真是胆战心惊呀 |
