诉错了，一个月后，发了封信，不知道修改哪里。不得已再次打电话，直接到Tier2，
告知，哦，好像写错了。需要他们superviser看一下，重新写个140给我，这个需要2个
月！ 他大爷的，11月22号140 apporved，现在还没改完，就要崩溃的感觉 by
Feburary, 18th, ！ J1 就要到期了--------
要3个月才能改完，一个字母！
这些大爷们！！！！！

时间顺序大致如下：
Eb1a 140 pp apporved： 5/19/2016
I-485 received:6/21/2016 no EAD combo
fp-walk in:7/26/2016
info pass: 12/26/2016
I-485 approved: 01/19/2017
Card was mailed: 01/23/2017
来美将近十年，一言难尽啊。

发帖数: 1 | 23 和Manager说申请H1B就是浪费公司的钱，请求马上开始EB1B，用O1的材料省时省力。
公司不愿意帮你办，和Manager协商自己找律师办。再不行先用O1的材料申NIW占个PD。
这个Manager也是秀逗了，O1不方便跳槽，对公司来说难道不是好事。。。。。
你可以和manager说明利弊，办H1B浪费公司的钱，而且你一拿到apporval就可以跳槽了
，可能都呆不到一年。而办EB1B 140 485 一路下来少说也要一年多两年，这期间因为
O1不能随便跳槽的。让Manager自己踮量踮量。 不过和Manager私交比较好的情况下才
能这么说…… |

the question” date of expiration of I-94”? I filled with “F1” on “the
immigration status on I-94”, but I used the expiration date of extended H1B
(there is an unused I-94 attached) , is this right? Same problem with my
wife.
The problem with my son is different. His last I-94 on his passport shows “

opt自动延长到9月30号。
我h1b那年2014抽签之后很快就批准了，在我opt过期（6月30）之前。所以我的理解是
我拿着h1b apporve notice 和最后一个i20的过期日对比一下，就能证明cap-gap 自动
生效。 |

If your new I-140 is approved then use that one; if it is not then use the
existing one to apply for 3-years (you may still get 1-year btw... i know a
few only get 1 year. They requested for 3 years and they have apporved i-140

较长。
去年7月后LCA 9035 form提交程序有变化，需要先apporve，还是可以网上提交。页面
内容有变化，但是都不难。
工资问题，以前都能办了延期我看没有什么问题，prevailing wage不需照上面提供的
机构参数，可以是自己找的。
