previous employer has revoked your H1b or not. Either you apply h1b transfer
while B2 applicaion is still in pending, or you apply h1b transfer after b2
was approved, you still need to wait till the new h1b approved to be able

1.去年加了新规定，要求申请驾照前要参加一个8小时的safe driving lesson in some
commercial driving schools like, AAA ......cost $125.
you will get a certificate. cs-1
2. Applicaion form R229 form (obtain from DMV offices by mail or on site)
3. H1 and H4 I-797 forms;
4.Passports
5. A recent passport photo
6.A letter from SSN office (which said H4 is not qualified for SSN .....
they know it , the letter is just for a driver license application)

发帖数: 353 | 13 这个问题已经发信给德州board问了,还在等回复. 看看这里有没有TX有这方面的经验.
德州比较麻烦的就是有几门课一定是要德州批准的学校上的,所以我先报了加州的考试.
德州要求的business communication是在通过了一门Reg之后才补修的. 其他条件应该
是都满足(不过还是要提交整个package给德州评估). 我在applicaion of transfer
instruction里看到这样一句话:
The applicant must meet the requirements in effect in Texas at the time
credit was earned in the other state.
就吓到了...考古了版上一个老帖子,好像那帖子最后也没有结果.google各种英文论坛,
好几年前的帖子报怨德州不接受转成绩(因为考时不满足德州要求),只能曲线救国转
license.....
有没有补修后成功转成绩到德州的版友现身说法一下...英语都要看不懂了我 |
