但是她现在没有正式工作，所以没有paycheck。我尝试给她申请BOA的
secured credit card，但是连这个都被拒了。我问了一个local的
credit union。他们告诉我说我可以和我老婆开一个共同的credit
card。换句话说就是让他作为一个co－appliant，这个credit
union会向3个credit union中的一个报告co－applicant的记录，
所以她也能有积累信用记录。请问这样的信用记录有帮助吗？
另外我想问如果我把家里的水电费账单放在她的名下，这样会对他积累
信用记录有帮助吗？ |

不用听那个Credit Union去Co-appliant。
先问一个问题，你老婆有SSN么？我估计是没有的，这才是你老婆所谓的“没有信用记
录”的原因。
FICO 8里面，有一个Piggyback规则，信用卡主卡用户的直系亲属，副卡的记录算信用
分。之前看过一个人分享：14年拿到SSN FICO 770。你说没有信用记录？请不要逗我。
她从12年起有4张副卡在用，14年拿到SSN之后，信用记录就都绑定到她了。向信用局报
告信用记录可不止是银行，还有merchants。你看不到信用记录只是没绑定到SSN而已。
回答你的问题。Your wife can
1. 如果有SSN，申请自己的第一张信用卡。收入适当填个2-4万。推荐journey student
/barclay rewards。这两张卡不是学生都可以申，600分都能过。
2. 如果有ITIN
a. 申请citi thankyou preferred. pending或deny不要紧，打电话。
b. 申请BOA cash rewards. 这个要有BOA Checking Account，存款1万+，然后再跟工

skin based enrollment is purely racist.
merit may not reflect an appliant's talent well. but it is fair. are you
implying that skin color can reflect applicant's true talent and ability?
thanks for your reasoning in Harvard and other ethnicity's shoes. I heard
that many times already, but I still love my own kids way more than Harvard

people can apply for loan and most of the loan will be waived if the family
income is very low. it has nothing to do with tuition etc. thoese are paid
to
the school.
But the bottom line is the appliant must be a resident of quebec, I.E have
been
living at quebec for a year and is pr or citizen. |

发帖数: 704 | 10 I though it explains the ranking algorithms pretty well. The key is the tentative,not the final or fixed, match until all the appliants get over their list and close of the matching process. That's why your ranking list should be based on your own interests or preferences.
