(a) Apple.com refurbished。有时会有很划算的。但是要交税。不是每种
refurbished的都划算。
在apple有Back to school promotion的时候(参见(c)), Refurbished没有太多吸引力
。但是其他时候还是不错的选择。Apple Refurbished质保和全新一样。
根据大家使用情况，和新机也没有区别。只是没有新机一摸一样的包装盒，而是比较简
易的盒子。

果，长得相似，生长环境不尽相同，都是relatives～
第一次听说sugar apple，是买房子的时候原屋主告诉我院子里种了这种很好吃的果树
。当时一位来自台湾的朋友听了以后一脸无比向往的表情。。Sugar apple在网上能查
到的信息不是很多，她的学名是Annona squamosa。中文信息更是寥寥，比较常见的两
种名字是“番荔枝”和“释迦”。我院子里的sugar apple一般在七八月间成熟－－每
当果子上的“沟壑”都开始泛黄，便是可以采摘的时候了。摘下来一般在室温放几天变
软后就可以用勺子挖着吃了。味道是清新的甜，口感有人说像custard，但我觉得就是
sugar apple特有的口感和清甜。
“释迦”这个名字很有趣，既形似又音似。看看我的“释迦”形象不？

我倒觉得apple收费有其公平合理性，至于30%多不多，那就是另外一个问题了。
假设，没有iPad/iPhone, 没有app store的时候, Netflix有1000个用户。现在apple投
巨资研制了iPad/iPhone和搞起来了app store, 导致50个本来不是Netflix用户的消费
者通过浏览app store变成了Netflix用户, 那apple分一些成也没有错阿。
只要Netflix愿意，完全可以不在app里提供到自己网页的链接，那apple也就没话说了
。现在问题是Netflix搞了个free的app, 直接链接到自己网站让用户注册，apple基本
拿不到什么钱，free ride for Netflix, 免费享用app store带来的用户, 这从商业角
度看也不公平吧。
这就好比你开了一家餐馆，有啤酒卖（提成），也允许自带酒水，青岛啤酒厂家为了不
给你提成，不在你店里卖，在你的店里放了一块牌子，说出门左手冷柜有卖青岛啤酒,

果粉，因为某些果粉的行为确实让人反感。

Following last week's news that Apple had pulled all 39 of its qualifying
Macs from the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT)
registry, it was suggested that Apple would lose business with federal,
state, and local governments in the United States. Many agencies require
that most or all computer purchases be limited to products listed on the
EPEAT registry.

Business Insider points to a Bloomberg bulletin indicating that a UK judge
has ruled Apple must display on its UK website and in British newspapers a
notice acknowledging that Samsung did not copy the design of the iPad with
its Galaxy Tab 10.1. The UK court had previously ruled that the Galaxy Tab
did not infringe upon Apple's design, with the judge observing that the
Galaxy Tab 10.1 is simply "not as cool" as the iPad.

After gross margins rebounded at Foxconn parent company Hon Hai Precision,
one analyst has said he believes Apple "stepped up" and helped to pay for
wage increases at its manufacturing partner.
While Hon Hai's gross margins went up, Apple saw its own gross margins drop
from 47 percent last quarter to 42.8 percent this quarter. Its conservative
guidance for the current September quarter goes even lower to 38.5 percent.

料的火爆。这是符合我使用了 Apple Watch 一段时间以后的体验的，我发现：热销是
有道理的。这是目前最值得购买的 Apple Watch，它的意义不亚于 「iPhone 4 之于
iPhone」。屏幕变大带来的全新使用方式对于手机来说，屏幕变大意味着更多的显示内
容。但又不能过大，需要受到手机便携物理尺寸的制约。这也是为什么在今天，全面屏
幕会成为行业热点的原因。但手机屏幕的大小目前的变化无非是显示内容的多少，本质

攻陷的就是MacOSX，要么是其safari浏览器，要么是他的quicktime等等。。
要论安全性，windows 8的64位版本早就比APPLE的东西安全多了。Apple的东西，好多
都是吹牛逼marketing出来的，事实上根本不是那么回事。看看这句就知道了：“as
