过路口的时候还是黄灯。因为traffic，所以过路口比较慢，还没到路口中间就变红了
，然后刚过路口，就被爬在路旁边的条子抓住，非要说闯红灯，说看见我左侧变成绿灯
的时候进的路口，不由分说给了张ticket。
我知道闯黄灯也不好，尤其是有traffic的时候更要让，不过我这明明不是闯红灯，凭
什么也给ticket呢。appeal是肯定的，不过不知道上庭的时候应该怎么辩解，我也没有
啥证据的，估计法官也是向着条子的，大家有没有这方面的经验？
唉，开车6年，只拿到过一张parking ticket，清白历史毁誉一瞬阿。 |

故事：
晚上10点30分去机场接同事，就要到他家所在小区的时候被埋伏在路边的警察抓了。理
由是double yellow lines不能U turn，具体路况见附件图片。蓝色箭头是我行车路线
；红方块是警车潜伏处；红色条柱是现在路中间有的隔离杆。他给开的code 是21651b
，收到罚单是$405。
我想argue一下几点：
A、罚单code有误: 应该是21651a，而不是21651b。a要比b轻得多，估计能少罚一半。b
貌似是走到双向车道的逆行错误车道，而a2写的是不能U turn，所以应该是a。

Cop让我在庭外等了15分，另一个cop拿了certificate来了。
之后judge又将我招了进去。judge这次就让cop重述一遍我超速经过，然后问我认罪不？
我答不上任何话，就被判guilty。

我回来看地图，我从第一个路口启动加速然后到下一红灯停下，这两路口之间的距离只
有0.2mile， 我觉得在这么短路内，我不可能这么快加速到 47 然后又完全停下。 所
以想上庭appeal。 大家觉得这样有赢的机会吗？（解释不可能这么快加速）
还有，ticket上说在1/14号前去court，是不是当场就和警察在法官面前对质？还是这
只是第一次去预约之类，以后再见法官？
如果法官判我输，那我还可以选择上驾校或probation吗？（现在有这两选择，不知如
果我选择上庭后还有没有这些选择？）
大家经常说上庭前有秘书或警察问要不要take deal，不知这些deal是不是就是上驾校
或probation吗？

我之前很惨的被开了一张单，实际上双方应该50%的责任算了我全责
事故有点类似，我切左lane，切之前看过左lane空的，隔一条lane后面有一辆车，没想
到我切的时候那辆车加速切右lane，该车右前撞我车左边侧面后轮胎处。
警察强调切右的车有优先权给我开了单...
