昨日，记者联系到网友“时间的诗”，她告诉记者，7月31日晚9时30分，她在焦作市第十一中学附近看到了那匹矮种马，当时，她和朋友看到一群年轻人在他们对面走着，走在前面的一名女孩牵着一条只有几十厘米高的马，她就用手机把这匹宠物马拍了下来。
“时间的诗”说，女孩的身高有1米6多，矮种马的身高只到她的膝盖，估计这匹马的身高在四五十厘米，马头和尾巴都是黑的，身子是白的，它低头走路时一副

据消息人士称，诉讼状于上个月在新斯科舍省呈交。周一，直接了解该案件的消息人士称，分发红利意味着债权人可能得不到债款的支付，这违反了加拿大和美国的相关法律，完全不顾债权人的利益。
目前，还在挣扎之中的通用正在考虑申请破产重组--分成两个公司，一个由状况较好的子公司组成，一个由不盈利的子公司组成。债券持有人担心通用的破产申请将迫使他们接受投资上的巨额损失。
3月5日，投资基金公司Aurelius Capital Partners LP，Drawbridge DSO Securities LLC和Appaloosa Investment Ltd.等对监管通用的美国证券交易委员会(U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission，简称SEC)提起诉讼。据《华尔街日报》(Wall Street Journal)称，提起诉讼的基金公司持有通用新斯科舍省财政公司约10亿美元债券的60%之多。
