房屋介绍：1bedroom ＋ 1 den，一厨，一卫，一客厅，一餐厅，阳台，总面积 750
sqr feet。位于1楼（由于有地下一层，所以应该算是2楼的高度了）。水电气全包，停
车位不限，小区内有游泳池，小型健身房，物业办公室负责代收包裹，不存在包裹丢失
的问题。附近还有网球场，篮球架，方便健身。
地理位置：Greenbelt内，湖边小高层，小区名称：Charlestowne North。Greenbelt是
距马大附近最安全的城市，小区边上就是湖，平时可以散步，也可以BBQ。景色很美。
交通优势：距离130校车站3分钟左右的走路时间，在校车站对面就是metro bus的站台

我是女生，刚毕业，八月底开始上班。现在刚签了avalon silicon valley的2b2b，其
中一个master bedroom想找一名室友入住。
入住时间：现在就可以入住，最好能八月底之前入住，越早越好。
价格：一个月是$1780 (整个apt是$3580一个月)。我看了周边很多小区和房子，这间是
性价比很高的。房子很新，空间很大，卧室很大，两个卧室都是master，在客厅的两边
基本对称，适合合住。
apt在二楼。
卧室是10*13 sq ft，大窗户，外加独立卫生间，很大的closet，以及两个storage。整
个apt是1260 sq ft，renovated，有in unit washer dryer，central ac和patio。apt
和fitness center，spa room是一个building，用起来非常方便。 avalon小区还有泳
池，jacuzzi，mail service, dry cleaning pick up 等各种设施和服务。小区交通也
很方便，靠近101等各大公路，旁边就有购物的地方。

记得第一场雪，一个下午下了1米多。我当时好兴奋啊，看到这么大的大雪。结果回家
路上车子抛锚了。好不容易搭了车回了学校，逮着一个好心的师兄搭顺风车回家，已经
是凌晨2点了。到了师兄的apartment附近，师兄说这么大的雪，多开一米也是危险。让
我自己走到aparment.我踩着高跟鞋。一步一滑的摔了好几跤到了apartment 附近。
apartment没有扫雪，然后我连滚带爬到了门口。门推不开了。然后用双手扒啊扒。
最后凌晨3点进了apartment的门，结果roommate把门反锁了，说觉得我不会回家了。
这个好像是buffalo雪城的历史上第二大雪。
现在回想起来，当时真的什么都不畏惧，真的是初生牛犊不怕虎。 |
