发帖数: 141625 | 2 噢wiki有。我总是去查英汉字典总是查不到。但wiki里的antipodeans狭义指一群澳大
利亚画家，再查antipodes才查到英国人把澳大利亚人和新西兰人称作andipodeans，虽
然这两个地方不是准确的英国对应的antipodes，就是穿过地心与之相对应的地点。这
个antipodes很有趣！ |

塘坳化石地质群遗迹
位于重庆市秀山县塘坳乡，由塘坳乡政府至石地质生物群约5公里。距县城20公里
。与国道326线相接，交通极为便利。经专家现场踏看和鉴定，塘坳古生物化石属距今
约4亿2千万年前的志留系秀山组标准化石，此地层的标识性化石即三叶虫、直角石、及
腹足类动物化石等，在整个华南地区都有此类化石分布，但以秀山县最为典型，因此被
国家确定为志留系中统的标准地层剖面，其科学价值很高，旅游价值较大。

2012年4月初，惊闻故友励之仙逝，噩耗传来，不胜欷歔。方励之是一位非常爱国的科
学家，他不但在国内时期对我国的科学和教育事业做了重大贡献，即使被流放到海外，
在美国他使用了他爲数不多的科研基金，爲北京天文台的施密特望远镜的改造购买了好
几块不同波段的滤光片（每片约$5000）。在近20年里，他在亚利桑那（Arizona）大学
指导和培养了40多位中国去的学生，造就了我国一代年轻的天体物理学家。拳拳赤子之
心，感人肺腑。
十年浩劫期间与世隔絶，科研和教学的秩序惨遭破坏。1978年中国物理学会在庐山召开
年会，不少物理学家和物理教师建议出版一套《物理学基础知识丛书》，以系统地介绍
和普及物理学的基础知识和新进展。於是就在会上成立了编委会，禇圣麟老先生任主编
，马大猷丶汪蓉丶王治梁等任副主编， 我是编委之一。这一套丛书第一批19本，其中
