我甚至一直认为，凡不能深刻理解《五月花号公约》的人，既没法理解历史上的美国，
也理解不了当代的美国，更看不懂未来美国的走向。
尽管我是个对世界各国的法治建设历史很无知的人，但我却一直没有来由地认为，在近
代世界历史上，美国宪法是一部极为罕见的“超稳定”宪法。“稳定压倒一切”我不知
道用英语该如何说，但稳定压倒了美国宪法或是美国宪法压倒了稳定，毫无疑问是个不
争的历史事实。这部简洁的美国宪法200多年来，除了增补了一些修正案外，历代美国
人居然没有动其中的一个字！我甚至比较愚蠢地预期，再过100年，美国人也不会动其
中的一个字。这是不是能够算一个人间奇迹？我以为，这应该可以算一个真正的人间奇
迹。由此，我甚至敢下结论，美国人恐怕从来就说不来“与时俱进”四个字，英语字典

标 题: 翻墙真是个技术活，VPN端口53不通求教

TMO翻墙需要端口53。在番茄上设置OpenVPN服务端，使用常用端口1194，甚至中间试过
一次1149，客户端都能正常连接。可是当我把端口改成53后，怎么也不通。回到番茄路
由器的VPN Tunneling / OpenVPN SERVER / Basic设置中，用端口1194则联通，左下角
有个按钮，按”Start Now"变成 “Stop Now"，如图，如果按了“Stop Now"，这个ser
ver就停止。
但是当端口改为53后，怎么按”Start Now"按钮都不起作用，显然VPN server不会起作
用，如下图：
前两个图是basic，下面是advance的设置
rock888让查一下53口是否被其它service占用了，用这个命令查 netstat -ano | fin
dstr 53
好像没有53端口被占用，如图 |

似 netstat -ano 命令，但只给出PID，根据PID查进程名字还是有点麻烦。

2) Use "netstat -ano" to get the PID, and use "taskkill" to kill the process
. But by killing the process, the FIN is still being sent.
Is there other method to abruptly kill a specific TCP session?

he seems really excellent. I adored Johnson the most out of the three,

首先赞一下C帅！！只有他MQP说了周四高开1275。C帅的确厉害。可惜他的贴是盘后发
的，不然我周三会获利了结我上周五和周一的空仓(我的空仓是卖CALL，盘后不能交易
）。周四少亏或不亏。
这周我真正体会到“人算不如天算，人品运气最重要”。
我在月初空了几千股RIMM，后来RIMM跌了，我就cover了一部分，大部分留下作为卖Put
的对冲。（I said“我没有卖call对冲，因为我还有一部分RIMM的空仓。” on Oct 7
）上周五开始我看熊，这几千股RIMM也就留下。人算不如天算，这周大盘大涨，RIMM居
然大跌。作为卖Put对冲的RIMM 居然对冲了我卖Call的亏损还有多余。太感谢RIMM了，
熊熊我这周居然空仓挣钱。
更幸运的是 我10:43第2个单子成交，十分钟后一个M级的大单把股价拉高2%。一下子几
