准备，就要e-file了,律师突然说需要公司的"net annual income"及证明，比如annual
report。人事处回话说，非上市公司，此属confidential,第一回合拒绝提供所要的信
息。
我以为网上的某些公司信息，比如95年历史，行业前10，芝加哥前250 largest
private, 也许就可以了。律师说最近有严格趋势，CIS倾向索要公司财政证据。我真没
主意啦。不知道人事处会不会改变想法，下礼拜配合律师就好了。他们做事很教条很不
变通，我真担心。不知版上大牛和过来人能否支招解急，多谢。 |

如果140批准后换工作，H1B到了6年新公司的140还没有批下来，那H1B可以用原公司的
140来做annual review吗？如果原公司的140 revoke了又怎么办呢？
另外，这个6年是怎么算的呢？跳槽的时候H1B transfer其实是重新办一个H1B对吧，那

team head总算喘了一口气,然后嘿嘿一笑,
把偶对他的评分表放在了偶面前,很不怀好意的笑了笑.
偶恍然大悟,原来如此,他是要想换取一个偶给他的好分数呢,哈哈...
偶毫不犹豫的给了他一个excellent!就这么结束了偶生平第一份工作的annual talk.

其实说白了就是被系里炒鱿鱼了。
简单说说，annual review需要把最近作的文章演讲给系里。做了，感觉来听的人都觉
得还过得去。不过review panel觉得我reseach output太少了。三年就两篇拿不出手的
working paper（投过conference, 都没成） 他们讨论了差不多一个小时，最后告诉我
结果的。希望我拿个m.phi走人。
panel里4个人，我俩老板，phd program的director, 再加一个professor. 他们一致的
观点是也许我有才华，但完全没有enjoy研究的过程，直接导致毫无质量的文章。我老
板也没有defend我，以前叫我坐东西，我总是推三阻四。虽然没矛盾，不过也有点受不
了我了。

，quick fix的，也没细看，就买了种下了。还好几天就发芽了，不到两周就冲起来了
，邻居还夸奖草长得好，长的快。
最近一段时间，storage进进出出，那剩下的半袋seeds被我挪来挪去，好像看见看见袋
子上有temporary something, 也没细想。
