他面谈．客观的讲一下你人为那些东西属实，哪些东西不属实．见面之前打好草稿，一
点一点想清楚．你现在在气头上,平静下来再谈．如果你的意见得到认可，你应该有一
个类似memo的东西,系主任给你放在你的file里.将来tenure要用的.如果实在＂误差"太
大,要求重新写一个.另外，找一下具体造成不属实的原因．也许是沟通不够．轻易就提
discrimination,系里大概很反感．我觉得也解决不了任何问题. |

呢。我昨天还接了电话，怪我在REVIEW PANEL上不帮忙，间接导致他MULTI MILLION的
PROPOSAL当掉。MD这年头长舌头真多。我道歉、解释，然后告诉他BTW，远离那个挑拨
关系的小人，WHOEVER HE OR SHE WAS。
你这个事情一个FORMAL COMPLAINT就完了。找对方两三处硬伤，收集过硬的证据(比如
你确实没有用SLIDES)，以后用得着就拿出来证伪对方的CREDIBILITY，用不着最好。除
此之外，别再多浪费能量了。 |
