Betatrophin,太搞了。
不过三个实验室都说是和Triglycerides相关,参见review:
Biochem Biophys Res Commun. 2013 Mar 15;432(3):401-5.
Emerging roles of Lipasin as a critical lipid regulator.

从而提高plasma TG levels, 和SREBP pathway没什么关系吧。 |

PNAS paper如果用的是adenovirus在liver里面过表达ANGPTL8,
那应该只能是短时间的treatment,比如说一周之内,超过这个时间,老鼠就差不多因为
肝炎要开始挂了。
这么短的时间,beta细胞增殖可能还没完成,所以plasma insulin或者glucose都还看不
到变化。
