我的agent 没说过这个 我们也没问。同事就说那赶紧换一个agent。
期间他带我们看过两次房子。
这种事是不是就直接 email或者当面问？
因为我们对买房子懂得不多，要交哪些fee 也不清楚。
是不是给 offer letter 之前 这些 给不给 rebate的 问题就要和 agent谈清楚？

可是发现图中的那个大的六角形螺帽是无法从铜管中取下的，似乎铜管有一个胀大的部
分，把螺帽套在了里面，这种情况造成我无法更换里面的螺帽，和那个银色的圆形挡板
（严重锈蚀了）。
