主要原因是自己没有复习好
总结下面几点给将来要考的同学参考：
1. 自己是完全忽视了trust, AMT这些考点 没有认真去看：trust 考得超级多 （6个大
题目，3个是trust). 大家要注意了
2.AMT 也是多 这个本来就比较难 自己懒惰了下 没认真看 以为最多是MC,结果出了个
如何算AMT的大题目 整个的计算过程都要求算 （ajustments, preferences, credits,
etc)
3. chapter 4中的那个大的ancillary materials. 我是根本没时间看 结果也考了很多
大家注意了. eg. courts, procedure to appeal to different courts, and
professional performance of tax accountants. etc.
主要是复习时间拉得长 复习了后面的忘了前面 最后只草草的过了一遍 很多东西(特别
是tax)都记糊涂了 建议有条件的同学 速战速决
只能希望自己有好运了 要是能过就来发包子 |

CS后立马开始找ob. 这个ob真难找啊，先是给偶宝宝的儿医office每个医生写信，贴邮
票的。杳无音信。然后上门找了几家私人诊所，有位医生给介绍了另一位医生，于是约
好去见，结果是人家不接受ob. 最后没有办法，找出cmg physician database, http://med.yzhang.com/ , 开始一个一个打电话，从近到远，打了整整3天，留言。看似没什么希望，谁会给一个素不相识的人回电话？却偶然接到一位邻城医生的电话，说偶可以去看看，可能可以做。约好了去，见了executive, human resource, 签了HIPPA, 结果就成了。就这样偶在考完cs后2周就开始ob了。第一周偶轮了好几个医生和nurse practitioner, 除了这位都是美国人。后来发现老美医生一天看40个病人，根本没时间跟偶罗嗦。而这位中国医生临近退休，一天只看10-15个病人，偶就跟牢他了（你不可能让一个跟你说不上话的医生写推荐信是不是）。这位医生我觉得是office里最优秀的, 是难得的英文超级好，医术，人品和与病人交流一个顶的老医生。而且对偶非常照顾---那时偶肚子已... 阅读全帖 |

关于OB
今天很机会和一个attending聊了一下，我特地问了一下，how to behave well in
observationships.下面是一些我还记得的，有些还是满有意思的。
1． 提问题不要占用时间，在走路的时候提，不要在看病人的时候. If somebody is
in a hurry or late, do not ask questions. Say: I am really interested in xxx
and have some questions here. I am thinking maybe we could talk about that
later.
2． Be OUTGOING. Do not be shy. Although they are always in a hurry, they

Assume you see one patient per 10 mins normally, and for concierge services,
you have to spend 30 mins. So if you see one concierge patient, you will
see 2 patients less. For a 12 months period, you will see 24 patients less.
Each patient will ususally generate 100 dollars on average(fee and
ancillary services). Your charge of 2000 will not cover the loss, plus you
get the hassles.
I would suggest you to see more patients daily instead of tapping into this

differentiated cancer is very uncommon in young people, you need second
opinion for the pathology diagnosis.
This is so rare that I won't trust this diagnosis only if with convincing
ancillary studies.
