的。比如说I-601(a)申请者原来只能是美国公民的孩子或配偶，不久前刚通过法律扩充
到美国公民或永久居民的孩子或配偶，而从来就不能是美国公民或永久居民的父母，这

发帖数: 7016 | 12 市面上的普通kayak anchor trolley package包括两只pulley，几颗padeye，几颗
rivet或者螺钉，以及rope。看了这个套装里的东西，特别是pulley，我觉得不如自己
DIY，可以用更好一点的pulley。最后选了Lowes的pulley，BPS买了padeye，trifold
rivet，还有zigzag cleat。
youtube上一般的安装方法是装在一侧，尽量靠头靠尾，但我看到的都离头尾顶端都有
一段距离，因为看到的几乎所有的padeye都是横着装，所以没法装在船头或者船尾的尖
上。
只装一侧有时候会觉得不方便，这一点新手我kayak fishing两次就觉察到了。比如我
有一次想把船的右边拴在树桩上，而只有左边有anchor trolley，这种情况下我得把船
转180度，但转过来之后可能因为风向的原因，钓鱼就不顺手了。
如果两侧都装anchor trolley，按常规装法，得打两套洞，也就是说钉至少要装4个
padeye。
我这个方法，只用2个padeye，竖着装在前后沿上，不会撞着，两侧的trolley可以共用

有不少climber为了减轻重量，不带personal pro,这种做法不提倡，有很多潜在危险．
在technical terrain上,强烈建议装备personal pro. 尤其是攀岩，最好是有两个，在
非vertical的地方，比如说需要保护的scramble,或者很陡的雪坡，需要用保护，建议
至少用一个personal pro.
2.Personal pro的构成
说白了,就是一个"绳子",加上个biner,这个绳子怎么选,下面说.biner用locking biner
,一定要选口上没倒钩的,否则load了之后你想单手把personal pro取下来,非常困难.

直接压弹夹，上膛，退弹都好用。击发后就一小浅坑，重复用几十次应该没问题。

关于Anchor System，我们这里常用的是Cordelettes和Sliding X，书里头对Equalette和Quad评价很高。这个Equalette目前在climb中使用的广泛程度到底如何？实际弄起来还是有点复杂，要是pitch比较多后来大概会发昏，大家对这个是什么看法？ |

Free climb里面每个piece都很牢固的时候，尤其是其中至少一个piece是multi-
directional，真的就是连起来就行了，怎么快怎么来，我现在swing lead的话有些时
候就直接用climbing rope把两个piece连起来就一个anchor。人家老头爬，上到ledge
直接off belay，拿sling往一个flake上面一搭，两三下就on belay了。
两本书合起来形成的，前一本是讲单个的确保点，后一本是讲确保点系统。很详细，算
是类似领域的开山之作。
Equalette和Quad评价很高。这个Equalette目前在climb中使用的广泛程度到底如何？

one, you may consider using hydraulic jack, so you can control the progress.
