modification of enzyme active site. Of course at high concentrations, 2DG6P
as a substrate /product analogue inhibits several glycolytic enzymes
including HK and PFK.
It is for historical reasons that these drugs are dirty (phenotypic drug
screening came well before rational design). This is not to say there will
be no better drugs.

level at diagnosis 和 high proliferation index (Ki-67)，光根据group别人的信
息，不能说明你的家人会有相同的预后。
2。Somatostatin Analogues确实是目前carcinoid的首选治疗，另外根据ki-67 index
添加其他药物，但是这类药物非常昂贵，我们的病人都要通过医生prior-
authorization然后直接跟药物公司联系获得assistance，如果你的家人来美国看病，
这个会是一个很大的问题。我觉得可以去北京和上海的大医院，carcinoid治疗在这些
医院还是应该有一些经验的，也可以通过他们和药物公司接洽。

上海没有Somatostatin Analogues／sandostain LAR，至少现在见过的几位大医院的医
生对这药，只是听闻，没有临床经验。最大的问题是找不到合适的专家。
来美国治疗确实费用昂贵，现在想弄清楚的是是否美国在治疗这病和中国有明显差距？
上海看的几个专家都没有什么明确的治疗方案。

paper could be explained and calculated using density
functional theory, the whole system is so tiny that it
doesn't reach the thermodynamics limit. There is no use for
statistical mechanics.

this one for a while. Price on Amazon has been ~$129 for a long time now and
just saw it dropped to ~$99. This is the lowest I've seen it over the past
couple of months.
This is a 50 Watt station with a digital temperature display. Seems to have
slightly lower reviews than the WES51, it's analogue counterpart, but it is
supposed to be identical aside from the display.
Supposedly good for lead-free applications as well.
