walmart的Remington UMC, $5.97, 50发， 买大点的包装，还能便宜些。
walmart的100发装的trap/skeet shot, $10.97!!!
就在去年还是16.97, 今天发现$22.98
倒是高端的shotshell, Remington STS, Winchester AA的涨幅这些年来没有那么大，
也就是$4.97/25rnd涨到$7.49的样子。
去年屯了很多子弹，今年打的时候都没怎么买过子弹，每次还算估计这一天子弹cost多
少，看来都估计错了啊，这玩意是期货，已经涨上去了啊！
看来是因为原材料cost，厂家也架不住啊，所以低端ammo涨啊涨得厉害。 高端的ammo
应该本来material cost的比重就小一些，所以影响小一点。 |

Yes you do hear about factory KBs. Lots of the KBs out there are factory
ammo.
And "factory" reloads are really no different than a factory new round
except the brass has been fire previously. These large scale "reloading"
outfits are not hiring illegal immigrants to hunch over a Dillon or Hornady
progressive and crank out ammo. They use commercial machines, just like the
"factory" |

第一张调零，共计九发子弹。有的老哥两发子弹搞定。咱没那个水平，惭愧啊......
第二张Remington UMC 55 GR 三发组
第三张换Black Hills 68GR 三发组，弹着点向右偏？
最后一张八发组，最宽圆心间距2.75 inch， 除以 1.041 = 2.64 MOA
Result: 水平还有待提高，能打成这样对枪初步有了信心。还有句题外话就是Black

But if you have carry everything you need by yourself, you have to consider
the weight. 308 gun is heavier, and the ammo is much heavier, which means,
you will take less ammo with you when carrying a 308 compared to 223. |

铝的还是塑料的都质量一般。A Zoom铝壳第一次上膛就会掉漆，忽略就是了。
S.T. Action Pro的Training ammo用的是镀镍铜弹壳真品，但底火处却挖掉一块，撞针
无处可撞，要不倒是很好的选择。我在想是否找些硬度弹性合适的塑料用epoxy粘到这
些training ammo底火处。 |

SVD and NDM owners shooting with real match grade ammo and get consistent
SubMOA groups. I'll be surprised to see an SVD which can not shoot SubMOA.
May be they only post the good result, but even with the rednecks shooting
wolf 147gr, some of them still report in 2.5in average group, simliar ammo
in 308, not even all M24s/40s can shoot 3MOA in average |

主要用作靶枪，所以wsm枪身短点不重要。重要的是WSM对WM是否有实质性的精度优势？
枪管寿命呢？研究过的同学能否展开说说
对于180/190gr及以下的弹头，300 WSM的吸引力是少用些火药复制的300WM的弹道。
300WM的优点是普及的多，match grade ammo和猎弹都很容易买到，300WSM的match
grade ammo只能自己复装，不过这个不是问题；猎弹只能祈祷托运的行李不要误了飞机
，很讨厌。
如果300WM，可能会考虑Styer SSG 04，23.4" barrel。有点担心他的售后服务，以后
换管子是不是找个枪匠就可以做？
如果是300WSM，可能会上FNH TSR，24" barrel，这个light contour barrel看起来满
粗的，打起来不知道能否承受的了五发组？
这两个的管子都有点短，特别是SSG 04，对于300WM来说26"+的管子才给力 |

发帖数: 4534 | 23 Slug barrel就是打slug用， 有膛线， 打普通foster slug (自身带“膛线”的独头弹
）精度就比滑膛枪管要好， 但线膛最终还是为了打更轻， 初速更高的sabot slut(脱
壳独头弹）用的。 好管配上好弹可以在150码打出1 moa上下的精度。

主意听起来不错， 但根本不值， 能打出150码1 moa的枪弹多了去了， 还便宜。 几块
钱一发的sabot slug是给那些需要避免刁钻的法律的猎人用的。
另外slug barrel打霰弹会散得到处都是 |

Steel and aluminum casings are extremely expensive to dispose of. The
recyclers get tetchy if there’s steel or aluminum mixed in with the brass.
This is a fairly common rule of not allowing steel and aluminum cased ammo
at indoor ranges. |

shotgun ammo is also called shells.
Bullets are only the projectile in the entire cartridge.
But enough with the lecturing. For personal defense use, any buckshot is
fine.
I personally recommend 2 3/4 inch, one ounce #00 buck, which usually comes
with nine .31 caliber lead pellets. The stopping power is equivlant to nine
.32 acp being shot in the same time. This is one of the most

cheaper than other calibers because there are lots of military surplus 308,
but there are no military surplus ammo for like 270, 243, etc.
Of course, if you are comparing with 223 or 7.62x39, 308 is definitely more
expensive. |

1. use a large brown cardboard (2 feet by 4 feet, at least), put it at 25yd
line. Use a permanent market and draw a large dot in the middle.
2. Shoot one slug. You won't miss the paper. Forget about bore sighting. You
always miss at least 8" at 50 yd line.
3. say it is low 3" at 25yd line, adjust scope by 3*4*4 =48 clicks. (1/4 MOA
per click)
4. Shoot again. It should be close. But you may well have adjusted to the
wrong direction.

么的。 复装RN FMJ那就不太值个了。
