TD Ameritrade只给了1042-S表，没有邮1099表，打电话问他们，他们说我是foreigner
,不给1099表。可是我在美国已经超过五年，报税都按照resident alien填1040，怎么
能够报税时claim capital loss来抵些税呀？
还有一个问题就是在1042表上，还显示我还有3元多的利息。但是我亏的并没有显示在
那里，是怎么回事？是不是这3元多的利息我还得报成收入不成？明明是亏了钱，却说
收入了3元多。
请大家帮忙回答一下。

问有什么便宜的报税软件可以IMPORT两个.TXF文档并生成一张SCHEDULE D税表呢？
TurboTax和TAXCUT都要$30+.我去用的是很便宜的TAXACT，但它只能从AMERITRADE的
GAINKEEPER输入交易记录，不能处理IB的记录。
不知大家都怎么报的税，现在此谢过了。 |

美国财政改革深陷僵局。
当地时间6月30日，美国国会预算办公室(CBO)发布长期展望报告称，2035年美国公
共债务将达到GDP的185%，升至历史最高水平。 2010年该数据预估为62%，已是二战以
来最高水平。
“报告为美国国债安全敲响警钟。”美国TD Ameritrade交易公司固定收益部主任
、负责美国国债业务的James Grady这样对本报记者表示。
报告公布当天，分属行政分支的美国全国财政责任和改革委员会也借此机会举行了
听证会，与会的国会要员有参议院预算委员会主席Kent Conrad和财政委员会主席Max

根据MBO Partners公司最新发布的报告，独立劳动者的人数在过去五年内增长12%，其
中近80%为自己工作的人计划继续保持独立状态。七分之一的非独立劳动者正在考虑从
事自由职业。
接近80%的自由职业劳动者表示，为自己工作让他们觉得更开心，主要归因于给自己当
老板意味着有很大的灵活性。再加上，他们也能赚到体面的收入。超四分之一的独立劳
动者年收入至少在7.5万美元。年收入超过10万美元的独立劳动者规模攀升45%，至近
300万人。
眼下，美国多数自由职业者正积极地选择成为独立劳动者。技术的进步，让这种转变变
得更容易。奥巴马医改计划，让独立劳动者及其家人有可能获得医疗保险。
另据TD Ameritrade发布的报告，70%的个体经营者不会为了退休后的生活定期存钱。
据报道，全职和独立劳动者的人数现在总计接近1800万人，另外还有1250万人从事的是
