tricycle在cabinet里，看着都很新，应该是保管得不错。bathroom在室内，这样冬天
的时候孩子们就不用顶风冒雨往外跑了。室内有空调，像今天这样的大热天孩子们不会
给热着。
小家伙去了已经快一个月了，就第一天哭了鼻子。现在每天去接他的时候都会很得意地
向我炫耀他的涂鸦大作，衣服也都灰秃秃的，因为他特别喜欢在学校的沙坑里玩。
总的感觉：老师非常nice & patient，从来不push孩子，学校环境宽松，种族多样。值
得推荐。
明天下午6:00到7:30，他们有Open House。地址是：

可能昨天ThatOne把fluke都钓光了, 今天几个小时下来, 只钓到一条. 后来来了两个人,
随便一扔, 一会就钓了两条, 把我羞愧的...
后来看见大鱼水下追杀小鱼, 朋友就用我的popper去试, 我还是钓fluke. 有一杆扔出去
后, 突然象被船的螺旋桨铰到一样, 使劲向外拉线, 没有任何fight. 仔细看看周围没有
船经过. 连紧了3次drag, 还是一直要线. 断定是鱼后, 就松了一点drag, 任他跑, 再拉
回来. 我和朋友猜, 可能是blue, 或10磅的fluke, 拉到眼前是striper, 够keeper. 朋友不愧是老渔民, 二话没说, 就去拿抄网. 我的抄网小, 朋友干脆跳下jetty, 站在水里, 连抄带手压, 提出水面. 我接着拎腮, 提到jetty 上. 比上次那个新手朋友抄跑了我的FLUKE, 默契多了. 它没去咬朋友的popper, 却咬了我钓FLUKE的squid, 被fluke hook... 阅读全帖 |

6:50 is my tempo pace and my avg HR goes to 165. but it was on a treadmill
without any influence of heat and uphill. Otherwise I think it will easily
go to 175 or higher.

还有你的皮肤什么类型，肤色如何都有不同的推荐。
amazing concealer很好，很强大，什么都可以用。
但是数业有专攻，如果是黑眼圈，不厉害的，用Bobbi Brown Corrector， peach色。
厉害的再加一个BB的concealer.
Becca的遮瑕也不错，不过不适合干皮。
如果你用来调肤色，有很多豆豆要遮盖，直接上CPB的粉霜。。。。。 |

这个曲子只唱了两小段，而且第二段稍微变了一下调，希望有不一样的感觉。
后期处理只是加了个混响，一是因为我太菜，到现在还没有时间钻研CE,二是觉得最真
实的就是最
自然的，所以俺还是比较满意这样的效果的。大虾请轻拍：）
