到；另一次有签名但名字明显不对，buyer也claim没收到，FedEx都给拒了，这种claim
除非是直接显示丢了或者寄到的地址和label上不一样，否则很难approve，FedEx店大
欺客，这跟Ama，eBay虐小seller一个道理
damaged估计好点，不过你需要有receipt，按receipt金额最多赔500。 |

上法庭，大家绕道吧，真TM的JP，明天先扣个30%再坐等Ama裁判
