prefinished一般用alumina处理过的，更抗磨和减少光线不均造成的褪色。不过装好后
的地
板颜色比较斑驳，毕竟板子自身颜色有一定差异。
unfinished的板子，比较能保证最后finish的时候颜色一致，但是不能用alumina来处
理最后的表面，这点上要差一些。
prefinished的板子十几年后如果找人打磨过后，基本就跟unfinished是一样的，需要
重新上清漆。
unfinished板子基本上5年左右就要自己清理一下restain一下表面。 |

袁荃做的是还不错，但不意味武大化学系就有多好了。
举例来说，即使袁荃和另外一位新招的楚天特聘教授傅磊相比，也能看出武大化学系在其中有没有猫腻了。

1. 我感觉summer intern 对我找工作的帮助真的很大，一个雇主就和我说，fresh
stat/biostat的master实在太多了，乍一眼看上去简历都很类似，但是有个intern在简
历上，就立刻拔高了。调动所有resources来找intern机会, 比如job posting, 朋友推
荐，校园information session, alumina network，etc。
2. 之前听说生统master很难进药厂，也听人说很多生统master都是做SAS
programmer，看来大概也不尽然，我的几个offer大都是biostatistician，所以生统
master们要有信心。
3. 不止一个employer告诉我，我的PhD degree将来会在promotion中被考虑。所以
打算quit PhD的筒子们再考虑考虑，还要多久可以拿下PhD，要是时间不太久，那么把
PhD拿下来大概是有益无害的。
4. 面试时间上最好安排的巧一些，以免选择offer时为难。我把几个面试选择在前
后相差一个多礼拜的样子，基本上前 |

了。也许这一生就是另一种活法。也许就像那几个发明mri的美国校友那么牛逼。结果
我和我裤子大的哥们一说这想法，他问我：你怎么知道就不会变成王利明教授那样？一
