行找本那种labor时间表大全，验证下你这款车换alternator多少人工。
要是怕他们黑你车，就先忍了，回头咽不下气就上小额法庭告去，反正输了也没多少钱
花钱买个教训也行，一开始总是得在修车上搭不少冤枉钱的 |

发帖数: 12808 | 12 气死我了，把我害惨了。昨天开车出去办些事情，晚上10点，在距离学校50多mile的地
方，新换的alternator又坏掉了，车开不了了，跟上次情况一模一样。幸亏有个朋友是
是aaa高级会员，用了他的aaa会员，拖了50miles到那家车行，到的时候都都凌晨1点了
。最后在叫人来接我，将近2点才到家。给我冻个半死。
今天早上很气愤的去车行找他们评理，老板不在，上次给我修车的那个mechanic已经被
让他们给开除了。我让其他工人给我看看哪里的问题，他们说现在没有时间，让我先回
去。如果是他们的问题，会给我修好，其他问题再给我打电话。刚刚给他打电话，说明
天早上才能帮我看。碰到这样的事情真是无语。
大家说遇到这事改怎么办？有什么办法能治治那家车行？ |

算正常价。自己弄的话零件 100 左右吧。
本来还想说这个修车店也倒霉，不是它的错，呵呵。翻新的零件坏的挺常见的，有人说
嘛，那什么 autozone 的 alternator、starter 三个有一个是好的就不错了，要多试
试。一般翻新的零件是终身保修，坏了就可以去换一个。 |

scale. Cisco DMVPN comes to mind, but we don't like ISR pricing, we don't

发帖数: 3668 | 30 imac明显是consumer级别的电脑，和ibull给你的那个完全不是一个类型的东西，严格
说不能算是imac的alternative。
你们的运算不需要长时间运算，和高精度，那的确可以买consumer级别的电脑（我们这
边也好多人是用的consumer级别的）。如果是consumer级别的电脑，那就便宜太多了。
比如dell的XPS系列,i7-4790,16g内存，GTX 750 TI（和2500左右的imac配置相当吧，
当然imac还带个显示器）也才1000出头。
真心是看个人需求了，在完全不差钱的情况下。如果更看重稳定性和精确度，就上真正
的workstation，用XOEN和ECC内存。如果看中外观，就上imac。如果看中raw power，
就上consumer级别的desktop。 |

和细胞系看看RNA和蛋白有没有可能表达。我对这个很没有信心。而且刚刚有个发现是
，我发现这个新的form可能是个pseudogene。因为我用genomic DNA，也得到了片段，
我的primer是跨3个exon。虽然我认为这个片段是alternative splicing得到的，但是
我也没证据排除是这个psuedogene转录得到的。如果是pseudogene转录的，但别的组织
都没有。感觉这个新的form在进化中可能有作用，但是现在不知继续研究它还有没有意
义。跟老板谈，老板很不感兴趣，认为我做的太多方向，要有priority。

而且他把 biodiesel单列在第一选项里了。
无论如何，做热力学和能源还算不错吧。但是我觉得biodiesel前景比较一般，
做博士课题可以试试，但对MS用处不太大。 |
