我觉得主要是运气比较好，老板和公司里的人比较熟，本来motivating dataset就是公
司提供的。这个不是公开的职位，去年老板看到经济情况不好，就和他们说了一下。今
年本来他们想反悔的，但刚好有人休产假，就给了offer, 不过工资比以前他们招的要
少不少。

Accent Kernel，再之前是U Rochester的Alphe Kernel，是RIG的一部分。
Mac OS X利用的是BSD Subsystem，这部分继承自NextSTEP。Mach Kernel负责IO和
Driver，BSD Subsystem 负责Network，FS，POSIX等。这两个部分完全独立，你却非要说Mach衍生于
BSD，一个1974年诞生的内核居然来自1977年的诞生的系统……儿子生爹啊。

因为我之前面high frequency的工作每每都被鄙视/戏弄/忽略, 我一再
给猎头强调本人无algo的经验, 无独立开发赚钱机器的能力, 无祖传
紫金模型. 可有一个猎头硬是给我说这是个junior quant position,
你的background是可以的blablabla.
结果今天早上面试, 面试的哥们儿先晚了20分钟然后终于把电话打过来
了. 先让我介绍工作经验, 讲完之后说"我们是个小firm, 2个人pure IT.
剩下3个人都有自主开发赚alpha的模型的能力. 你以前做的那些exotic
的东西, 那些pricing的东西对我们没什么意义. 以后你有了相关经验
