Many chinese living in other states are just miserable. The mind are just

means just that. There is nothing your friend can do.
If he moves out befoe the lease expires, he would lose the deposite. In
theory, the landlord could alose sue your friend for the remaining rent of
the lease term and black list the tenant on the blacklist. Once your're
friend's on the blacklist, it would be hard for him to rent something again
in the state... |
