日前，美国移动运营商的“排名册”又一次被改写了，这次的执笔者是昔日被AT&T从老大的位子上拉下马的Verizon无线。2008年6月5日，Verizon宣布将以59亿美元收购Alltel，同时承担其222亿美元的债务，即总价为281亿美元。
这一交易预计将于今年年底完成。
Alltel是美国第五大移动运营商，拥有1320万用户。而Verizon原来的用户数是6720万，并购完成后，它将拥有超过8000万的用户，一举抢下AT&T的头把交椅，因为AT&T目前的用户数是7140万。不久前，Alltel刚刚被私募投资公司TPG和高盛的一家子公司以275亿美元收购并私有化，为什么Verizon急着要将它收归囊中？

空间分给G分区。所以对于160GB硬盘来说，F分区是129GB，G分区是23GB（需要先用
Evox来format G分区）。如果你不想使用G分区，而打算让F分区独享8GB以后的152GB
空间的话，可以用以下方法：
1）FTP到Xbox上，把E/pbl下的boot.cfg和E/pbl/Bioses下的xboxrom.bin复制到电脑
硬盘上。用文本编辑器打开boot.cfg，记下RC4 KEY。
2) 去http://home.alltel.net/nghtshd/Data/XBtool_1.0.22.rar 下载XBtool 1.0.22，
解压缩。
3) 把XBtool_1.0.22/Config/More Configs/Debug.ini复制到XBtool_1.0.22/Config/
下，并用文本编辑器打开。找到以下两行：

X终端供货合同。合同涉及三款移动WiMAX终端：家庭用WiMAX Modem，以及Express接口

Sprint Nextel是全球第一个宣布部署全国移动WiMAX网络的主流运营商，该公司计
