但是公司的hr系统里没有number of allowance这项，只有一个Number of exemption项
，（还有一个Single项）

allowance其实比较像handling，估计你的contractor把permit，overhead,打印，油钱，
mobilization等等费用都算在了allowance里了。
total estimate不就是个总数吗？放心，一般contractor到收钱的时候都是按这个
estimate来收钱的，如果因为设计改动，改便宜了，他会返还credit给你，改贵了就会
多收你钱，这种改变行话叫change order。
不一定要通过contractor买东西，如果你要自己买东西，要在签contract之前谈妥。
如果你懂怎样takeoff quantity的话，你算准多少料你就买多少。不懂，最后还得听
contractor的话，他让你买多少你就得卖多少，否则人家可不负责误了工期，因为你的
责任而误工期，人可能还要多charge你standby的钱，因为买材料是你的责任。

成0，而且要注意用single,不要用married，否则扣的税会不够
如果收入高，即使两个人都用single，0 allowance，还是有可能欠税的。你如果完全

3月开始，LD也开始工作了，单位的human resouses，告诉LD在W-4中的total number
of Allowances填1。我觉得好像有点不对呀。LD应该填3吧（LD加2个孩子吧）？

存在的坏账风险了。
年底账面上没有allowance，就觉得这个做法就是cash basis直接法而不是accrual
basis备抵法了。这样做和在坏账真实发生时直接Dr;expenses Cr:AR有什么区别？没区
别了。这样做不符合权责发生制。 |
