昨天去看OB，OB想让我吃抗生素，因为尿检发现有 group B strep。我之前上网查了，
吃这个药后 B strep 还有可能回来，而且吃抗生素有可能让baby变allergic。我就说
我不想吃，然后讨论了一会。讨论过程中，觉得她很没有耐心，说话非常rude。甚至说
如果我这也不想，那也不想，我来错office了。
不是很喜欢这个OB，不过要换的话也挺麻烦。而且我的保险附近只cover这一家医院。
而第一次打电话给医院时，接线的说不能在同一个group里面换OB。
如果不换，吃不吃抗生素？这个OB人不是很好，怎么相处？
如果换，可能要找远一点的，万一换了还是不好怎么办？

I am allergic to 青霉素 and is positive for group B test. I don't know what
kind of 抗生素 (not青霉素) they used during my labor. I hope there is some 抗生素 that is good for this, otherwise all those people need to take risks?

If you got enough antibiotics for GBS before delivery, your baby should not
be treated for GBS.
However, if you have fever during labor, it is a routine to treat your baby
with antibiotics.
If you are allergic to Penicillin, the new guidline recommends Vancomycin.
However, if your OB is still old test book, clindamycin will be given. |

and stool full of blood). I had to stop breastfeeding when he was younger
than 2-month. After that, he is much better. By 1.5 year old, he can eat

popular food allergies. S/he can issue the order. You don't really need a
specialist to do this initial step. if you Ped is a good Ped, he or she
should be able to interpret the test results. My son did the blood test at
4 month. Our Ped did not have us see a specialist until we got the result
back. My son was allergic to eggs. His skin was all cleared after I
stopped eating egg.

be very strong and you think that means you need to continue use it. Slow
down and reduce amount, lengthen the time interval between applications. You
should be able to stop. Even in my opinion, 4 month is a bit long.
If you tried my method of slow stopping and still not work. Then your baby
may be allergic to something that you need to find out.(not like my kids'
case then) Try eliminate certain food, try stop certain |

all kinds of fomula within 3 months after she was born. We changed from
similac to good start from good start to enfamil and from enfamil to enfamil
soy milk. so it really depands. My baby is very sensitive and she is
allergic to cow milk so I have to switch to soy based. And also my Ped
suggests us to feed my baby liquid fomula instead of powder which is a lot
better but maybe a little bit expensive. but works out good |

(which they likely do) then you can skip these ones or postpone them till you
send him/her to day-cares or schools simply because 麻疹，白喉，风疹 are
curable diseases. on the other hand, HVB and HPV are not.
btw, I am not saying you baby will not die from 麻疹，白喉，风疹. they can be deadly if your kids are really weak or allergic to the effective treatments or the doctors did not do their job properly. |
