"Rear Window"是我最喜欢的电影里排前10罢 很紧张很吸引人 但并不恐怖
我也来出一题罢
下面照片里的这个镜头 来自Alfred Hitchcock另一部影片 也是Grace Kelly主演
她偷瞟着餐桌对面的男人 还为自己的不忠感到内疚和紧张
殊不知无毒不丈夫 人家作无辜状蒙在鼓里 其实已经设好了很精密的计划要杀她
然后 执行过程中出了差错 神差鬼使的还把这宗精密的谋杀变成了完美的谋杀
不但目的达到 他有坚不可摧alibi 而且唯一另外的知情者也死了
这做丈夫的只要按兵不动 再等几天
太太就会在大众关注下合法地死去 他也能拿到她的人寿保险
但是 他忽略了一个很微妙很自然的小细节
要是意识到了 本来事后完全有机会补救的 ......
这俩是我唯二喜欢的Alfred Hitchcock电影
觉得比更有名的Birds, Psycho, North by Northwest, Vertigo等等好看多了
谁没有看过的 我全力推荐 不过得要是五十年代的原版哈 ...... |

beyond reasonable doubt, 根本就不需要什么强证据的＇数学证明＇，任何一个国家
的法律也没这条, 你们最好不要偷换概念，从来没见法庭证明杀人犯还要数学证明的。
如果一定要类比法庭辩论的话，HH的表现就象在法庭上法官找杀人嫌疑犯要alibi, 嫌

不要担心抓错了人，抓错了也能管用。老美这边抓连环杀手，老早都是一抓住一个，马
上登报安抚人心，果然连环凶案就停止了，后来发现抓错了人的不少。其实，大多数连
环杀手一看报有人顶了缸，都会配合一下，至少洗手一阵子。所以，现在辩方律师都会
拿这个来逻辑来驳斥检方的“你的当事人一入狱，类似案子就没了”的论调。相应的，
警察和DA现在抓到连环杀手，都会保密，越长越好。当然，从中国国情出发，这种事儿
一定要大办特办，决不搞资产阶级的无罪推定，把嫌疑人推出去游街，本队游了邻队游
，公社游完了，再外借出去游。游街非常镇邪，老汉的亲身体验。
如果学习班不管用，呵呵，那一定是我们当中隐藏着一个阶级敌人，民兵互相监视互相
