西挺重要的。感觉一个 develop algorithm, 一个，把algorithm翻译成source codes,
这两个东西对统计的功夫是否到家，能不能上一个台阶，至关重要。以前看过一个书，

万事开头难，最好的就是上班第一天开一个好头。
下面写一下本人的一点经验和反思。
如果是加入大公司，一般前面一个星期会把同时入职的人招在一起培训，签文件，讲讲
公司文化之类的，小一点的公司是几十人，大的公司是几百个人。这其实就是一个锻炼
自己提高人际关系的一个机会。

一个问题，你编程解决就是algorithm，譬如上面那个matrix问题。algorithm是解决问
题的方法和步骤，什么语言都可以，甚至pseudocode也行。用function不等于就不是de
velop algorithm。当然你个整个algorithm只有一个R的function，那就不行。
用R写function很简单，

algorithms in c里的算法实现虽然看没问题但如果自己写很不习惯，总要查
但是感觉大多数人都看algorithms in c,不看algorithms in c++
是不是觉得后者引进了太多c++自己的东西？
那面试的时候涉及基本算法什么的都是要给出c的算法吗？ |
