先是autopay每个月charge我两次
打了数次电话，refund的数目又不对
再次要求refund，告知我发了check，结果等了两个月还没收到
一怒之下cancel了服务，还设备的时候准备付清钱款，结果小二说我不欠钱..
本来说继续等check，等到check了再给它电话问问我到底要付钱不，结果今天等来一个
collection alert（2楼）
晚上又花了两个小时，这才知道第二张check根本就不存在。最后终于把第二次要求的
refund换成credit了，最终是欠twc一点钱。我其实还是保守的计算了我被overcharge
的钱，因为几个cycle太晕了。也许算细点，twc还欠我钱。
问题是，晚上又被告知，这个collection alert不用管，付钱就好，不会影响credit。
是这样吗？我看说明，如果30天不给这个agency书面回复，就算我欠钱了。
钱不多，但是我被忽悠好几次了，很生气，如果这个必须得回复才对我没影响，我一定
要折腾到底。 |

alert（是experian的） 请问这个是怎么回事啊？我从来都是正常使用信用卡没有任
何不良记录。为什么会有这个fraud alert? (我唯一能想到的就是几个月前BOA通知我
说我的一张信用卡被compromise了 后来BOA给我换了张新卡。)

我注意到我的每个指纹扫描后都有PASS，也没注意到有什么MATCH ALERT警报
可是ld说她留指纹过程中，好几个手指都没显示PASS，反而有MATCH ALERT， 问那里的
工作人员，也没说出什么，反正就说你们打好指纹了，和我们没关系......
就怕是指纹没留好，还要再回去，大家谁见过类似的情况？

刚才21:22分我设置一个event 21:40-22:40,然后要它alert 15 minutes before.
现在已经21:33了完全没反映,这到底应该怎么设置阿?
本来今天早上8点有doctor appointment,我设置了提前一个小时提醒,可后来是到8点才
闹,搞的我还得reschedule到下周......
别说提前一天上闹铃,doctor appointment这类事情都是schedule到一个月以后了,怕忘
记当然是当天记下最好了.
