the steps. You need to know this to do well in the bronze level, and to start
in the silver.
You can go into alemana from many positions, such as a fan, or just after a
regular man’s forward check. You can also go into many different figures
after the alemana, such as a side chasse into a new york or a forward lock
into a natural opening out. What I will talk about is the Alemana, which
happens on the count 2 and 3.

下午下了班，回家吃了口剩饭，然后坐地铁去机场。
到了机场，直接安检，背包就不托运了。
在 Sbarro Restaurant 吃意式肉球面7.48美元。
上飞机，晚上7：20的飞机波士顿直飞西班牙马德里（Madrid）。
伊比利亚航空公司（Iberia Airline）的飞机，用 Citi 的 TYP 换的，很便宜两张票
才要了100630点。
飞机上又吃了晚餐，早餐。
隔夜的飞机，一路上闭目养神。

机场很漂亮，很干净，和北京机场貌似有几分神似。
过了海关。
机场 Bankia 的 ATM 取了300欧元现金。

然后买 T10 的地铁票11.30欧元（机场额外要付1欧元每人）。
地铁8号线换6号线再换1号线，还算顺利的比较快的到了市中心的 Sol 地铁站，一看表
才上午9：00。

cucaracha side breaks
new yorker cross over breaks
alemana under arm turn
spot turn walk around turn
natural top back spot turn
those are the moves i can think of off of the top of my head. i don't know if
you can do international rumba basic in american rumba. i never did it when i
competed, of course, i competed in open rhythm, but i used pretty much my
latin techniques with a few technical difference kept in mind.

for number 2, yes. that is a generally pattern for rumba.
for number 3, as i said, you dont' even have to touch. it is a gesture. it can
be simulated, just like the love-filled-atmosphere you two created.
for number 4, first of all, you have to hit palm to palm on 4, with both of
your and her forearms placed almost vertically. and your leading is not in a
circular path. it is a linear path, and it is a very short path. from in front
of you, you move your hand towards 7:3 |

hockey stick, into a fan another, into an alemana, then new yorkers and spot
turns.又教了一个华尔兹的long side, a natural spin turn into a closed change,
into a side chasse, a weave and another side chasse and half a natural turn
into a close. 版嫂更喜欢standard一些,因为她说她的个性不适合跳拉丁.不过没关系.
只要她喜欢跳舞,跳什么都无所谓.说不定我们以后还会比赛呢.赫赫.

speed. it is a very cheeky flirtatious social move. competitive dancing has
changed from the traditional authentic latin to a showy sport. if i were to do
chacha, i just keep it with fans, hockey sticks, alemanas, natural tops, and
new yorkers for a syllabus routine, because these are the stuff i do well in.
honestly, i don't know how to do a new yorker to my left side well, so i never
do it. i do a spot turn instead. i |

rumba
completely recently :((
for example in alemana/hokey stick, girls usually rely on guys to do the turns
on right beat, that's not good. altho, true, these 2 figurs are hard in
timing
when they do by themselves, hard to do it right.
another like in tango, the natural turn, and other figures are just too
complicated and girls have to go with guys to get the right steps done |

the direction for hockeystick by now...
anyway, I do find for certain circular figures, like natural top and circular
hip twist, I would have difficulties controlling the final direction, I guess
I would just have to calculate these moves more, any tips?
and again, thank you for the gold routine, and I like three alemana and
sliding door very much as well, besides that, I also like circular hip twist
or continuous hipt |

发帖数: 4801 | 23 教完了几位女士。继续去请music跳chacha.好不容易来有机会和
music这样的女高手跳舞，哪里就肯放过一个机会捏？music给我
的感觉是动作非常娴熟，不论是fan, Alemana,Hockey stick，
还是natural top，都是非常的娴熟，实际上已经有些油皮了，
哈哈。比如该sharp的地方一带而过，从动作看是游刃有余的。
也许就是不想认真的show off，哈哈。只有我这么的初学者，才
肯把每个动作争取做到百分百好。我比较得意的是做new yorker
时，胳膊终于基本上可以比较游刃有余。看来是需要练习，才能
变笨拙为精巧。
接着跳samba,可惜，曲子太快了，哈哈。跳whisk还好，到
shadow bota volks，都只能跑起来了。而到了reverse turn，
基本很难认真完成，只能一带而过。其实我喜欢的samba音乐应
该是速度中等，节奏强烈，这样会有时间把每个动作尽可能完成
的高质量，并且体现每个细节，比如volta的中的停顿。略有遗
憾。
继续来跳华尔兹，继续来感受它的优美。在人群中穿梭可以毫不
费力，旋转而重心没有变化，这种感觉之后才是体验 |

chacha是final 第8。其他是semifinal，哈哈。一共要50对，我们都在前12吧，呵呵
凭借的啥呢？
waltz: natural turn, reverse turn, change
quickstep: progress chasses
rumba: basics, new yorks, spot turn, fan, alemana
chacha:same as rumba
感觉waltz进了一大步，消除了timing的问题，也稳定多了。有起伏。
在semifinal里，大家都是silver class来的，就俺们还做那个俩基本动作，
也蛮难为裁判的哈
感谢一下舞伴哈，一个好舞伴也 is almost everything.
music,dancedance也bow一个，最后这几天抓紧训练的waltz基本步可以说是大见成效！

"dancing basics with passion"; i didn't see 'sliding door,' so i checked the
gold figures and still didn't see it. It turns out to be in rumba only (
unlike alemana or fan or hockey stick, which are in both chacha and rumba). |

partners, they can only do basic rumba walk, hip twist into fan, alemana,
opening out, some turns... hoho
Joanna and riccardo's fan shows little connection.
Yulia doesn't know what to expect when michal walked behind her; then Yulia
and michal's rumba walk shows different timing, michal adjust to match yulia
then...
it's weir to dance rumbe to this song...what did the japanese have on their
mind :D |

了新招，每一轮的5 dances里面有一个必须得跳basics。 你就看到所有的top dancers
都在跳 alemana，hockey stick，opening out什么的。 dancesport.ru在youtube上
贴出一些clips，其中有joanna and michael， yulia and riccardo 跳rumba basics
。 立刻有人眼尖，看到不少technique问题， 指出joanna 和michael的问题， 还有人
指出yulia的问题。 他们都说到点子上了。 结果，很快这个clip就被撤掉了。我完全
没有料到，不然当时就存下来了。
作为花絮，那一场比赛yulia和riccardo打败joanna 和michael， 拿了world champion
