关于fat free milk，美国那本著名的akins那本书已经说过，去掉fat，但是为了保持
口感，反而会加入更多的糖。其实大家看看标签上的营养成分，whole milk的sugar一
般是8g，而fat free的fat虽然是0，sugar却是11g左右。
美国人卫生习惯是很有问题的，说白了他们的人均寿命并不比所谓“污染严重”“吃毒
大米”的中国城市居民长。 |
