（一）梁警官是极端自私之人，才导致陪审团成员无法原谅他
12个陪审团都一致认为梁警官有罪，那为何华人大都以为美国司法表现在梁警官身上就
是判决不公？言外之意有种族歧视的嫌疑？
撇开种族立场，单从心理学角度来看梁警官这个案子，我们就需要静心静气地反思这一
事件是什么因素导致12个陪审团一致认为梁警官有罪的共同心理。
我们需要做一个假设，假设梁警官是一个有教养的人，那就会出现下列一系列“如果”
。我们根据这些“如果”对12个陪审团的心理作用从而推导出结局应该是怎样的。
1.如果梁警官是一个善良的人，那当他得知他的子弹误伤了人（这是他和同胞们坚守的
案件定性），那他就应该不考虑自己的得失而立刻去对受伤者施救。
2.如果梁警官是一个能换位思考的人，那他就应该当即明白无辜被杀的人也有父母或妻
子儿女等亲人，人家的亲人被打死了，他就当即想到如果自己是对方，自己的父母兄弟
妻子儿女等亲人该是何等痛苦？

做了一些标注。
红色的方框是周围的3个Marta Station。据Pica说在Pearchtree Center下更方便
蓝色的方框分别是水族馆和AJC的building，附近可能有一些parking lot。
切忌不要把贵重的物品留在车上，刚听说atlanta盗取车上物品的案件又增加了6%。
草绿色直线是Pica上次建议的集会地点。

络了一个美报记者，后来他没来现场。他说去报导苗族春节晚会了。后来AJC给了半版
报道，也算是满足了学生的要求。

易有一家还有，也只有regular gas了。看AJC说这种状况是炼油厂还没完全恢复生产造

On Thursday morning, Tech freshman Zhao Wang was stabbed, though not
seriously wounded, as he made a pre-dawn run to the grocery store. Five days
earlier two students were robbed at gunpoint while walking along North
Avenue.
They weren't the only Tech students to be touched by crime since the first
of the month. On Dec. 2, at least four undergrads were robbed in their Home
Park apartment just off-campus.

我住在DEKALB COUNTY，2011年他们把房子在COUNTY的APPRAISED VALUE搞低。拿我的房
子和我住的那条街的邻居来说，举个例子，原来38万的房子，现在评估值32万（下调>=
5%），也就是5000多的税变成了4000多。
一点也不夸张，他们调整了【所有】PROPERTY的价格，而且全部是往下调。也没有
APPRAISER去各家评估，完全是根据市场数据CURVE出来的。表面看来，房主都很开心啊

几个经验分享一下吧。
1. 开个google voice account. 我幸好没有登手机号码。google voice 我说这是留言
系统，系统会page我，请您留言。只有老莫听不懂，会反复打，其他人都会留言。你可
以听留言，读transcript,然后选择性的回复。要做很多记录。
2. 我主要使用craiglist. 好区的房子就用经纪人的网站，我在考虑网路版AJC.
3. 我用号码锁+经纪人的锁头，我没时间去一个一个的给他们开门。
4. 只有交申请表的人我才认真考虑，其他的人不一定是认真的。
5. 我一个一个的询问他们的工作状况，家庭状况，打算租多久，也许是太认真了，所
以搞得很累。
6. 在房子里面放一些资料和申请表。
7. 我可以介绍查询信用的网站。作为房东，你可以自行申请。
结论，真的是好辛苦。 |

记得前几年的AJC把在市区将75/85合并评为ATLANTA最失败的设计之一,如果不合并,还
能更好的分流一些交通,减少拥堵.另外主要的堵车是在去市区的路上,400/75/85 rush
hour进城没有个把小时根本到不了,如果每天要耗2小时在路上太浪费时间了.真心觉得
比ATLANTA交通更糟的城市不多了,LA & Metro DC可以一拼. |
