拉市（Pensacola，Florida）去上学进修的。我能知道这个日期，并不是我的记忆力多
么好，而是我妈妈有写日记的习惯，她帮我查出来的。
盘塞可拉（Pensacola）是美国海军的教育中心（Education Center），海军里的大部
分人都在那个地方上过课。它里面有预备军官学校（Officer Candidate School，OCS
），那是专门训练海军军官的，相当于军官的新兵训练营（Boot Camp）。它里面还有
海军各个工种的专门训练学校，大多数工种的新兵都要去那里学习一段时间。也有一些
工种去其它地方上学，因为有些工种必须在特殊的环境下才能训练。
在那个基地里面，每一个工种都有自己的一栋大楼，里面教的就是一个固定的工种的课
程。比如说A楼（Building A）是学修理发动机的，B楼（Building B）是学修理导弹的
，C楼（Building C）是学这个的，D楼（Building D）又是学那个的。已经有工种的人

下发动机的点火器，要断开，然后打开电池看油量。外面那个人要检查一下油箱的情况
，把加油管跟飞机加油口联上。两个人一打手势，没问题了，就让加油车加油。一般我
们要加一万多磅油，飞得不远就少加点，省油。在飞机里的人还要定好油量，一旦落到
那里，它就会“冰够、冰够（Bingo，Bingo）”地响，提醒飞行员油已经不多了，要回
去了，怕他们忘记。加完油后，飞机外的人再把油管卸下来，把飞机的油箱盖盖好，就
是这些。
第四项是给飞机打手势。你在民航机场也可以看到地勤人员对着飞机比比划划，就是那
个工作。这是一个技术活，我们做各种动作，跟飞行员交流，指挥飞机转来转去，起动
或者关掉发动机。我要打手势把飞机发出去（Launch Airplane），做这个动作是让飞
行员打开左发动机，做这个动作是让他打开右发动机，还有这个动作是让他松开闸，准
备走。还有好多，要一项一项来。
飞机回来的时候，我们要去接飞机，这个叫做恢复（Recover）。我们要举起双手告诉

试验。这则消息甫一发出，立即在世界范围内引发了广泛的关注，笔者结合现有资料和

这次反导试验的公开，在军事爱好者中引发了不小的震动，因为与2013年的反导试验不
同，这一次试验几乎没有目击报告。但是，对于长期关注航行通告（即NOTAM）数据的
人而言，这又是在情理之中的。

董事长的英文是Chairman(准确的说是Chairman of the Board)，总裁是President，首
席执行官是Chief Executive Officer，这是众人皆知的。但媒体并没有意识到这三个
称谓的微妙差异，经常把 President译成董事长或首席执行官，CEO有时候又被译成总
裁，情况十分混乱。Chairman这个职务可能是现代公司管理层最早确定的职务之一，因
为它是股东利益的最高代表，理论上讲是公司管理层所有权力的来源。
President和CEO都由Chairman任命，董事会只能由Chairman召集，非例行的股东大会一
般也只能由Chairman召集（或者由股东联名呼吁召集，这要看公司章程）。既然

片子可能是想表达战争对人造成的创伤，但剧本的确没什么意思，情节简单，没有悬念
。还惊涑呢，光是弄点音效罢了，连我这个超怕看恐怖片的都一点感觉也没有。
不过Rob还是挺帅的，拍这部片子时２０岁，脸好白净。。。被洗澡的那段很窘啊，呵
