The Airborne Laser would seem to be a viable target. It isn't nearly
powerful enough to hit far-away launch sites. The aircraft is essentially
a flying chemical plant, its interior filled with vats of toxic materials
used to power the laser.
Mr. Gates said in 2009 that a fully operational Airborne Laser fleet would
require 10 to 20 heavily modified 747s, each costing a billion and a half

Laser Test Bed (ALTB) this morning (late evening Pacific Daylight Time) at
the Point Mugu Naval Air Warfare Center-Weapons Division Sea Range off the

周六跳了第一次 hop & pop,又叫做clear and pull. 意即出舱就开伞,和伞兵们的战斗
空降一样.而且出舱高度比较低,在3500~5500 AGL之间. 这个范围基本上就是大家平时
从full altitude (12500 AGL)出舱跳的开伞高度.蓝天白云的背景中,逐渐上升的飞机
后面突然开出朵朵五颜六色的伞花,就像缓缓升上天宫之城的阶梯.
hop and pop的关键在于出舱即稳定,至少也要在很短的时间(2~5s)内稳定.一开始这种
练习是为了飞机在低空有紧急状况的时候,大家可以迅速出舱开伞,而那时的高度也许是
3500, 2500,甚至1500(这就得直接开副伞了).而现在这种跳法也成了很多skydiver训练
canopy skill和have fun的常见方式.伞兵们往往也从很低的 |

我哥说他们看过吴群力麦超他们练球，pia pia地球从来不落地，专业的基本功很扎实。
抱团难度就大了，但是实战中意义重大。很多loose ball就靠遮样半空球搞几下才能
settle下来，最终的目的是把半空球调整回成地球。
pickup的时候我偶然会叫为数不多的老中keep the ball on the ground,老中基本不懂

众所周知，中国虽然是乙肝大国，关于乙肝病毒的研究最发达的国家却是美国。
所以，中国医生嘴里的吃饭不传播乙肝病毒当然是转述自西方流行病研究的成果。但真
要探究吃饭是否传播乙肝病毒，还得考虑以下因素。
1. 目前现代医学的看法是，乙肝病毒携带者唾液里面的浓度远低于血液，所以唾液传
播并不是乙肝传播的主要途径。但注意不是主要途径不代表不是途径。
2. 中国人共餐，几乎每天和家人交换唾液。
3. 最要命的是中国人（包括第一代移民）口腔疾病多，牙齿牙龈有伤口出血是常事，
受感染的几率大增。
所以最有效的途径还是通过打乙肝疫苗，实行分餐。

(a) The article states, "Of the four stealth fighters than [sic; should be '
that'] have been built and flown so far (U.S. F-22 and F-35, Russian T-50
and I.42), the J-20 looks most like the I.42, a MiG project that was
cancelled in 1997.
Presumably this is because the previous F-111 and F-117 also served as a
bomber.

是要附在微尘或者微型液滴上。
要把culture flask 里的培养液搞成airborne droplet，除非你拿着瓶子狠狠地甩来甩
去弄出一堆泡沫，然后把瓶口打开大口大口的对着瓶子呼吸。
这种事情除非发神经或者要自尽，否则没有人会做吧。
而滤膜的一个功效就是只允许空气经过而会拦下几乎所有的droplet。所以你担心的这
个事情根本没有任何可能发生。 |

因为美国的传染病总得来说很少，加上人口密度低，主要流行的就是流感，所以医院/
医护人员的防感染意识和设施都不行的。目前看，如果美国大城市比如CHICAGO爆发
SARS，可能比中国都严重。
首先是门诊的TRIAGE/接诊，根本没有人带口罩。即使是流感季节。这样如果比较严重
的AIRBAORNE病人来了，直接就传染个护士和接待人员。
住院部科室里更没有人带口罩了。诊所也是一样。
其次是，除了极少数科室，比如OR/OB，大部分护士的工作服是自己买的，自己穿回家
，自己回家洗。如果护士已经中招了，那她在来回的路上，在家里，肮脏的工作服早就
传给别人了。反正我下班经常顺路买东西或吃饭。就不要说那些坐公共交通工具上下班
的人了。
第三，很重要的一点是因为美国传染病人少，所以没有专门的传染病医院，绝大多数医
院没有传染科。大部分需要隔离的病人，就是临时把门关上，门上放个标志。AIRBORNE
传染病人需要负压隔离。我们医院的配置是每层楼36个病房里只有2-4个负压病房。假

体制的洗脑，并且拿着病人和纳税人的钱当着间接五毛。（当然这么说也不公平，
真实情况是，医院领导和疣太们拿大头，THR最多是喝汤而已。何况THR好歹也付出劳动
不过护士这行性价比不错，不然THR怎么有底气经常在版上号召大家转学护士专业呢。）
所以每当版上有遭受霉国黑心医院保险公司勾结乱收费的天价账单，
以及被庸医误诊malpractice又打死不承认的病人诉苦时
THR大部分时间总是站在霉国医疗这一边，而与广大劳动大众站在对立面
结果，ebola一来，暴露了霉国医院的本质：霉国医院，并不是与医护人员同一阵营
相反，霉国医院只是为了疣太阿三统治阶级服务，他们才不管你们这些小护士
的死活呢。霉国的医院，在病毒黑五类面前，哪怕连任何最基本的防护都没有
如此一来，受害的只能是奋战在一线的护士，以及二线的医生。
霉国医院不拿人当人，收了病人的钱，还要把护士的命给搭进去
现在，连体制内的温拿THR都咽不下这一口气，
操起大刀（手术刀），带头割破霉国害人医疗体系仅存的画皮。

effect,不是用来作为nuclear test的tracer的。美国的很多report的I-131也不是直接
测量的结果，而是根据示踪元素的丰度计算的。因为I-131不是airborne,是通过地下水
-grass-奶这一途经传播的。
你他妈的把I-131拿出来，用这个来标度各地由核爆炸引起的辐射，感觉你们台湾因为
没有核武器，连核裁军的一些基本概念都不清楚。测量核污染需要测airborne的
particle. 这样才能第一时间知道分布。你看你他妈的I-131才nano ci的范围，人土鳖
的测量都mCi/m了。数量级根本不是一个层次的。
