根据世界卫生组织(WHO)2008年最新统计，全球大约70%～80%的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感
染者是通过性接触感染上的。发生一次无保护性交，在男性同性恋中传染HIV的概率约
为0.5%～3%;而在异性性接触中，男传女的概率是0.1%～0.2%，女传男的概率是0.03%～
0.1%。
到2008年，性传播已成为我国艾滋病传播的主要途径。
男性同性恋及双性恋者是艾滋病的易感人群，而经肛门性交是本病的主要传播方
式，在没有保护措施的情况下，传播率约为1%。男性同性恋者之间的肛门性交很容易造
成肛门和直肠黏膜创伤，这就开通了艾滋病病毒进入血液的渠道，使含有大量HIV的精

我认为关于AIDS病毒来源于小兒麻痺疫苗，根本就是个天大的rumor,
因为根本找不到任何艾滋病来源小儿麻痹疫苗的paper,或者认可的证据。
或者LDD童鞋可以找到可靠的病例，
至少证明该艾滋患者与小儿麻痹疫苗的联系，不知有没有可靠的病例？
关于艾滋病的起源，现在公认的说法是来自非洲的非人类灵长类动物

工作会议披露，2012年苏州市新发现艾滋病感染者433例，比2011年增长了37.5%。截至

但跟有法不依一个道理，很多规定不见得严格执行，光赶进度了。
另外，基建矿设施不完善。
再有，大水一来，人能活动的空间有限，不敢到处寻吃的。
总之，根本还在于：
劳动力价格太低；
对人的生命尊严漠视（别看救灾，看预防和灾后依法惩罚责任人)；
有法不依；
打击力度不够（罚款罚到痛，断绝升官之路）
客观说，近年来矿难总的来说逐年显著下降，值得肯定。比如说人员定位系统，中国部
分矿山的配备水平一度超过美国。还有中国的矿灯普遍已经使用了LED灯头和高效电池
，美国很多矿山仍在使用又重又低效的铅酸电池。但安全总体达到美国或其他发达国家

这边的确实够沉。井下吃饭的lunch room有很多柜子。食品和水是自己储备的，不是资
本家放的。矿工一般也就放一两天的量。不过资本家会放上first aid之类的。而且有
泥灰可以在必要的时候用来密封门缝，这样如果外面着火，大家就可以barricade在
lunch room里面不至于缺氧而死。当然，真正的矿工还是挺粗放的，所以lunch room挺
脏的。我想中国正经煤矿如果按规章，也应该有这些基本的东西吧。又没有几个钱的事
