光论洗涤效果，差别不大。agi的问题是缠绕，损伤衣物，我买的时候做了些research
，好像只有特别low end的还在用agitator，LG和Samsung都没有agi的。HE的问题是很
多人说看不到足够的水覆盖衣服，Lowes的sales叫我直接用heavy duty cycle，如果想

水量
水温
机械动作：agitation/infusion和spin
化学物质：洗衣液中的酶，受投放时间和水温影响
prewash和soak都是为了更好的处理重soil衣物，一般机械动作会比较轻。三星的top
load现在有activeWash功能，就是放进一个sink在盖子下面，可以机洗前手洗或soak。
Maytag的PowerWash则是用高温剧烈动作来清理顽固污渍。
detergent在进水过程中一般就会被释放到桶里。bleach一般会在第一轮agitation之后
或者rinse中，以免会deactivate洗衣液中的酶。softener一般在第一轮rinse之后，老
式的agitator洗衣机的dispenser在柱子中，达到一定转速之后被甩出来。
还有就是，衣物呵护和清洁一般可以兼顾，但追求特别轻柔和特别清洁就很难，这就是
为什么市面上不同牌子有不同定位。 |

大的agitator下面挂leader和两个hair jig，晚上8，9点钟湖边基本清一色的干这个，
哈哈。
那个agitator的作用我觉得有三个，
第一个是扔得远，并且在水面
第二个是截面阻力大，收线的时候有自然的pitch，带动后面的hairjig也有动作
第三个是里面有响珠，pitch的时候发出声音，这个不知道是给鱼听得还是给人听的，
反正听到agitator哗啦啦的出水就知道有人上鱼了
不过连续几年这个rig的效率大大降低，我现在用carolina rig反倒效率高一些，下面
还是hair jig。
看来鱼也被选择压力搞得口味变了。 |

我感觉fda 态度还可以，而且这个是phase 1 trial 中出现的问题，placebo control

Whirlpool 和Maytag（属于Whirlpool）现在推出的TopLoaded高端型号，采用不锈钢内胆，取消了那个agitator。同样采用了Energy Efficient技术，用水也不多，且要求HE洗衣粉。
至于美观方面，TopLoaded高端型号（Whirlpool和Maytag带玻璃面板的那种，能看到洗
衣过程）跟Front Loaded差不多，也比较漂亮。 |

commercial series。明年开始这种洗衣机可能就找不到了，因为不能满足新的DOE标准
了。
1) 如果handy，自己能搞定，DIY指数低
2) 取决于你要安放的位置离进水龙头的距离
3) 这是处理旧机器吧，除非你能把旧的卖掉
4) HE洗不干净是个perception问题，多数是洗衣液放太多，少数是心理作用，因为除
了极少数高端HE洗衣机有recalculation pump让你从视觉上看到水，多数HE洗衣机都很
难从上面看到很多水，因为工作机制和agitator型号的洗衣机不一样
建议你等两个星期，感恩节一定会更便宜。

并且申请了他们的商场信用卡， 12个月免利息，分期付款，在加利息之前付清就好了
，不错。
冰箱买的 Frigidaire, 双门，促销799，质量还不错。如果条件允许，建议买个更好的
，做工材料会更结实。没有买韩国的，朋友说韩国的客服跟不上，遇上维修，会比美国
公司慢。不知道真假。不是很喜欢 counter Depth 冰箱，价格高，空间小，就是为了
美观。
洗衣机烘干机 买的海尔。销售一直推荐美国品牌，但是我看同价位的美国货做的挺笨
重的，不好看。以后才知道那些同价位的美国洗衣机是老式，中间有个Agitator 柱子
。 海尔是High Efficiency 洗衣机，没有Agitator，空间更大些，更节能。销售的话
，不能全听，还是要自己有主意。那时海尔也促销，价格是里面最便宜的，一起好像只
有500多吧，记不清楚。有了小孩后，每周要洗，1-2次，质量噪音都不错。给个链接做
参考，看起来差不多，具体型号要回家查。

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的

什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

刚打完针后的几天，第二天就发烧，花了两三天退烧。小孩子也变得特别agitated,睡
觉每天早醒一个多小时（从七点多提前到了六点左右），中午午睡时间也从一个半小时
变成了四十分钟左右，每天睡觉时间从10个小时变成了8个半小时。然后过了一个星期
后，第二轮发烧，三四天后退下去。
现在两个多星期过去了，agitated虽然减轻了，但是睡觉早上六点左右醒没有任何改变
，午睡时间减少也没有改变.
想问问MMR这种反应正常吗？等到一个多月后MMR疫苗活性减弱后，睡觉会不会复原？现
在睡得太少了，脾气也极大。 |

的环境。
就看看我这四年好了，我觉得我自己 literally in the status of psychomotor
agitation。而这个 trigger 的因子非常简单，任何时候只要娃成绩不那么好，就会来
个声音 “you need more psychomotor training, 比如 flash card / working sheet
/ etc / etc”。其实我都已经形成半条件反射。
并且更重要的是，我的 stress 其实是源于 empathy kids stress。我估计很多可能都
放弃 empathy 了，也就是说，干脆不管了。
我一开始以为是我周围小环境的问题，所以我在 bbs 和 pushy mama 微信群上 debate
，发现这个 bbs，尤其 pushy mama 微信群，对 psychomotor training 更热衷。不仅
如此，我还问了我娃其他家的情况，发现我家其实算相对而言 nice 的环境。吼吼。

well, should i call this delirium or, flat out delusional? 开始玩假想敌了？
呵呵 "agitate and then kill"? actually if you need medicine to combat

1.准备温度在68-70左右
2.四个量杯,一定按顺序方好,一个REEL的话8 OZ
DEVELOPER, STOPPER, FIXER, PERMA WASH
下面开始冲洗,先深呼吸,设好TIMER,头三个时间很关键
特别是ILFORD,TMY都比较挑剔
1.30 SEC WATER RINSE
2.看表格查时间,头30妙ROTATE,以后每25秒ROTATE5秒
提前几秒开始倒
3.30 SEC STOPPER, FILL + FULL 30 SEC AGITATE
4.3 MIN FIXER, SAME AS DEVELOPER
5.1 MIN WATER RINSE, FILL + 30 SEC AGITATION, SIT 30 SEC
6.1 MIN PERMA WASH, FILL + 30 SEC AGI + 30 SEC SIT
7.WATER RINSE 5 MIN, MAX WATER RINSE/FLOW.
