开始觉醒了的华人的选票如何能凝聚成拳头，能开始在某些district 有一定的影响，
从小到大， 先从从local？ 在美国的华人不少，各种华人组织也不少，但是却没有政
治影响力---原因还是在于没有强有力的powerful的组织，让大家的力量汇聚成团，发
挥出group影响力。
解决了华人的组织问题，在美华人的miseable政治地位问题估计直接解决了70%... |

Aganist Extremely Strong Current，你第一张图的中央出水位置我不相信能Hold鱼，
除非底下结构特殊。你说的鱼在白浪中咬饵估计是边上的鱼冲出来咬。三文视频大家都
看过，奋力一搏翻坝，翻不过去就得靠边站，然后蓄力再发。我觉得聪明的大鱼（Bass
也好，其它鱼也好）是会在最省力的位置而不是在激流里健身。

4年。中间走了不少弯路，也有一些高手的指点和自己琢磨。总之不断的提高自己就很
开心。
回想刚开始打球的时候，什么也不会，弄一堆球，两个人对抽。这个期间是培养兴趣的
时候，但是往往这样会养成一些坏习惯导致手腕和肩部受伤。因为刚开始打球很难打中
甜点，所以会有一个误解就是“我挥的快就打的有力”。为了让球过网往往猛抽狂打，
其实用力不对反而会导致自己受伤。我是flat hit为主，所以我觉得打得准比挥得快重
要。
网球是个脚快手慢的运动，脚要走到位，挥拍也要有节奏感。不同于乒乓和羽毛球，网
球比较重，球没有到拍子已经挥起来了。只有这样打球才省力，这个也就是所谓的
timing。用最小的力量去击球是个关键。

是几十次，说明细胞分裂能力并不是最终诱因，包括干细胞的保持，不光跟本身分裂能
力有关，跟其所处的niche也有很大关系。
包括c elegans里面如果过表达telomere-binding protein HRP-1可以延长端粒和寿命
，但是因为线虫体细胞不再分裂，所以端粒酶很可能确实是对衰老有影响，但是应该是
通过其他途径（比如oxidative stress神马的，paper没有细看）而不是通过维持细胞
的正常分裂能力来影响衰老。如果承认衰老是进化上普遍存在的现象，c elegans这个
例子就很有说服力。
老鼠里面有两篇关于telomerase改善老鼠衰老的症状等等的文章一篇在cancer
