这个是我在Yahoo News的comments看到的。一个在韩国两家航空公司教了五年的美国飞
行教官写的。基本就是讲，这两家公司的飞行员普遍不具备基本飞行技能，训练和考试
偷奸耍滑。摔飞机才是正常的。这次旧金山机场趁天气好维修自动助降的仪器，韩亚飞
行员就原形毕露了。

对比预测，如果股价越极端，散户获暴利的机会和风险其实反而越佳。
花街的捣蛋，挤空或砸价，其实是制造极端价供精明的散户收割暴利。
花街这么做绝非善意，而是要吓唬散户在其人为的极端价割肉出局。
花街有用之不尽的代理基金和资金充炮灰，可以任性的挤高峰砸谷底。
花街有别人的代理钱来任性，用大量炮灰钱可以买出涨价，砸出跌价。
股票最不定因素，就是花街每天对散户的捣蛋，尤其挤高峰和砸谷底。
以下是为蝌蚪们提供的最基本，炒股绝对须要遵守，的注意事项：
1. 预备大量(>=50%)现金，准备用来收割花街人为制造的捣蛋极端价。
2. 只用50%的现金做买卖的预算，分散风险在10到20个不同的股票里。
3. 一旦价格接近预测的谷底或高峰，就开始用短期的趋势线跟踪。
4. 如果价格比预测极端，意味花街可能在捣蛋，即挤空或砸价。
5. 既然花街意在制造极端价，那就耐心的避其锐气，袭其惰归。
6. 所以只要短期趋势线没破，就不下单，不加码，不管价位多极端。

小公司适合养老， no rules, flexible work arrangements - small firms are for
people with experience.
But for people who just start their careers, small companies are not the place
to be. No rules, no training, no feedback on your work... Unless you have no
other options, avoid small companies.

company. In the initial offer letter, it is said:
"If you decide to participate in XXX Inc.’s health benefit program, you
will be eligible starting on the first day of the month following 90 days of
employment with XXX".
Is this a normal practice? Does this mean that I have to pay by myself to
hold the health insurance with my current employer, for the first 3 months
after I quit?

need to wait for 38 days, someone said that I should call back on August 15
- coz they will have an updated time then, someone told me that USCIS is
processing cases from Feb 1 ... the list goes on ... Finally, I got a CSR
transferred my call to a supervisor, who was able to send the service
request. Maybe I was just lucky, but give it several more tries.

However I felt like my citation is really low. Even afte a few months or
years, there would probably no significant change.
Although after a few months I will more 2-3 more publications.
Does anybody know how long it will usually take? If it is within 6 months, I
am good.
My situation is : 0001 killer agreed that I met 3 criteria however not
fulfill the total merit...

文章： 22 （11 Journal， 11 Conference）

推荐信： 10.(第一次5封，RFE又加了5封），9封独立。5 US，3 Asia，1 Australia，
1 Europe
RFE的时候只承认了judgement。具体细节可参考我我以前的帖子

后来回复RFE的时候好好的学习了版上以前的帖子，主要是大蜜的那一系列，很有帮助
，再次感谢大蜜。RFE的时候好好挖掘了一下独立引用，补充authorship。多要了5封
international的推荐信重点强调contribution和internationally recognized。

contriubution，后来补了4封推荐信，三个international的，有巴西的，德国的，埃
及的，外加一个美国的，之前已有美国，韩国，日本和意大利的。引用要去掉自引用和
曾经工作过的group的引用。 |
