特别是俺这种国内（香港）来的博士。国内做的工作，美国牛一点的老板根本都看不上
。而贴广告招人的十有八九都tmd变态有问题。
博士毕业时好不容易找到个美国烂校博后机会，一做就是两年，啥苦都吃了，文章也发
了，但老板就是卡你不给推荐信。
心想跳离这个火坑，到别的牛点的实验室再弄1-2年博后增增值。结果发一圈求职还是
没人理（美国每年fresh PhD都大把的出，我这来美才一年多的博后又算啥呢）。好不
容易有个回复的，经过一番求爹爹告奶奶，绕开现任老板找齐推荐信，得了offer。现在稍
微一调查一打听，原来又是个招不到人的变态老板。
无间地狱啊
我这是不是吃错了药，走岔了路了？
好歹一作文章也6篇，二三作3篇了。这回国能搞个啥位置？

水，需要多少超高压的水泵及电将水雾化。估计一个三峡是不够的。

污染问题；对aerosol化学物理过程和气溶胶试验/烟雾箱模拟也有涉及。

of two satellites Tuesday because of unsatisfactory weather conditions in
west-central California.
The scheduled launch of CloudSat and CALIPSO -- Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and
Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations -- from Vandenberg Air Force Base,
Calif., was scrubbed shortly before 6 a.m., EDT, due to higher than allowable
upper level wind conditions.

ecosystem modeling, biogeochemistry，land-air interaction更是交叉的没谱了。
比如要是派大气化学，CSU还不知道在那里呢，而没有学校比Harvard更
牛了，无论做仪器还是理论。
比如排动力学，UW, MIT, Princeton, UCLA都比CSU牛。
比如搞Carbon cycle， Berkeley, Columbia, UCI都比CSU牛吧
比如搞aerosol，Caltech一个John就震住半边天， UMich一个Joyce也比CSU牛
吧，Gatech还有一堆搞这个的后起之秀．
比传统的synoptics, mesoscale, 估计Oklahoma就能比过csu了，and albany.
比remote sensing，就不要跟Wisconsing,mit搞了
比Nobel winner, 只能算算UCI, MIT了．

低分辨率的lowtran，高分辨率的line-by-line 可以用来计算晴空大气的辐射传输
DISORT 可以用来处理有cloud或者aerosol的大气辐射传输
如果是做卫星反演，还需要高度参数化的快速辐射传输模式
。。。。。。
基本上，现在自己写一个辐射模式属于无用功
DISORT经过了近20多年的时间，很多人的努力，才发展成目前这样的。
line by line 的历史更长
不过做一些改进，或者某些参数化，如陆面，冰云散射，或者某些气体象水汽等的吸收
，还是很有必要的 |

，妄想邪？成就邪？。。。。 辛辛苦苦作出点东西，结果说不定reviewer们（或者只
要一个就够了）给个 nasty comment, 气的你吐血,当然也许确实做错了或是不全面。
但也有一个运气问题，我就知道有文章被国内杂志拒了以后发在Nature上的事。即使发
表了，有没有、有什么、什么时候有实用价值，还是天晓得。而且，一个science的问
题，终究是要冷下去的，如 Global warming,如Aerosol Indirect Effect。你做过了
，就是做过了，来到新问题面前，要从零开始。。。
作Engineering, 咬牙憋一个好model，好方法出来，（当然，要是碰上个大师提点，那
算你烧高香了）让后就睡在上面混了，算一个case一篇文章，再算个case又一篇文章。
题目写出来还巨牛鼻，什么"An algorithm"啊，"A method"啊什么的。唉，有个老兄说
他一年20多篇文章，.....羡慕ing。最近连审了几篇这种Enginerring的文章，基本都
有意义，大体都很拉 |

就穿着这一款，一个半小时，居然没有啥痛苦感觉，终于理解了组长说“跟球鞋一样舒
服”（夸张了些，但是有点那个意思）。自己觉得有点小不足：认为鞋码7号以下的姐
妹很适合，8号以上的可能鞋跟有点不够（足弓抬不够高，整个脚看着不够小巧，美感
略减）。
