发帖数: 313 | 1 9月底刚CRUISE回来，今天上网查I94才发现给的Admit Until Date居然是2015/3/24.
我们的情况是这样的：
老公H1B，我H4，之前的I-797到2014年10月23日为止。
我们今年2014年4月刚回过国。回美入境时拿到的I-94上的Admit Until Date是2014年
10月23日。和原I-797一致。
回美国后马上renew了H1B，有了新的I-797，有效期是到2017年10月23日。
9月底去了CRUISE，这时候已经有了新的I-797了。现在9月底入境后又有了新的I-94，
结果今天上网一看，发现最新的I-94的Admit Until Date居然只给到2015年3月24，这
个日期是我们VISA的expiration date.照理他应该按我们新的I-797给Admit Until
Date到2017年10月23日的。
现在这个情况我们该怎么办？总不能2015年3月前回国再签证入境一次。有没有地方申
请更正I-94的Admit Until Date？该怎么办？

前几个月回美，芝加哥海关，去了小黑屋，没问问题，盖了方方的advacned parolee的
章，写了aos.
昨天再回美芝加哥入关，海关直接盖了admit的章，就是和以前有f1 visa一样的椭圆章
，写了个LPR，没有进小黑屋，问了海关盖章的，我是不是应该盖ap的章，他说you
donot need it this time.然后我就直接到取行李回家了。是不是这次这个海关官员搞
错了啊？？！lpr应该是lawful permanent resident,绿卡进度这几个月也没啥改变啊。
求指导，谢谢！ |

期日是多少？比05/20/2015还要靠后？然后现在这个H1B到期了你正在renew？如果是这
样的话可以参考我的案例。。。具体日期可能不准确，蛋是这个意思：
我的第一个H1B，2011.10.1 到 2014.10.01。2012年入境美国的时候他在我的I94上写
错了。应该写admitted until 2014.10.01，但他写成了2013年4月。我没有发现。时光
荏苒时间来到了2014年的夏天。HR开始给我准备renew的事情。突然跟我说，你的H1B身
份在2013年4月就应该到期了，因为最后一个document是I94，是有controlling effect
，换句话说虽然是officer的失误，但如果没发现，他写成什么时候，你的h1b到期日就
会变成什么时候。。。然后我说尼玛那我黑了一年半是么。HR说理论上是的，但我们有
个流程专门对付这个，跟USCIS argue说是海关的失误。然后这个流程走了小一个月，
