孩子们就在下面东倒西歪坐着看老师讲评盒子
老师说得非常好，真的，但是我认为都是说给家长听让家长回去推孩子用的理论指导。
老师颠覆了一切书上的教条，指着一对兄妹的作品问大家：

甲午海战，其实还是整个北洋的军官团队训练度太差。北洋船上，还有好多外员，其实
就是雇佣兵
整个北洋，就没有像东乡平八郎那样去英国好好学习技术的
丁汝昌没有正规海军训练，却是Admiral of the fleet
刘步蟾去过英国，但是没有进入海军学院，就是短期实习了几个月，比较东乡在英国六
七年苦学加上实习。他结果也是fleet的flag officer
邓世昌也没有留洋
高升事件，事实上算是哗变，因为船长已经决定投降了。这是一条包租英国船，清军算
是乘客。结果后来在英国打官司，判日方没有任何责任。当时日军攻打高升的，就是东
乡平八郎。
整个北洋海军，除了比较勇敢，在海军技术，战术上都比较差劲。武器比日本好，但是
人员素质，训练都不如日本，打败基本上是必然的。
考虑到后来俄国，美国还有英国都吃过日本的大亏，所以甲午不算是特别没有面子，呵呵

上次问号写甲午海战的时候，就提到过日德兰海战，说了很久，一直都没有安心坐下来
写，今天算是逮着机会，就说说这个日德兰海战吧。另外，日德兰是一个专有名词，而
不是一个动宾词组，bra ve同学……
在Netflix上和Youtube上看了好多关于日德兰的纪录片，这里算是综述一下吧，顺便响
应岁末征文。
跟上次那个甲午海战不同，日德兰海战算是有足够的资料可以说。关于甲午海战，很多
地方缺乏公认的数据，连到底双方有多少船只参战都是一笔糊涂账。根据网上的说法，
基本上就是莫衷一致。北洋的洋员的回忆录被认为是有夹带，日方数据也不甚翔实。然
后网上北洋粉和北洋黑，就有的笔账打了。当时的战斗队形基本上就是不可知，如果不

发帖数: 545 | 24 公司用的是T. Rowe Price。我一直就放在retirement 2045 fund里没管它，由于这四
年stock market不错，所以这个fund 回报还不错，但是expense ratio挺高的，有0.76
%。最近看了一些文章和帖子，好像不少人都是自己挑fund来放，而不是这种target
retirement fund。而且看了大家说的fund的expense ratio都基本在0.3%以下。 现在
我这个0.76%的ER是不是太高了？

100 U.S. Racehorses of the 20th Century排名第一的man o war年轻时生的儿子，
War Admiral是man o war最后一个儿子。
虽然这场比赛Seabiscuit赢了，但在Top 100 U.S. Racehorses of the 20th Century
中，排名落后War Admiral 10几位。War Admiral是1937年的 U.S. Triple Crown

WillyBass（WB）自从去年7月来到鱼版后，使用主ID和马甲多次谩骂网友和扰乱鱼版秩
序。目前已暴露马甲十多个，主ID和马甲分别在投诉版，鱼版，心情版，水版等版面共
被处罚 40多次。 在发现MITBBS存在被炸版刷屏的漏洞后，又多次公开和私下对渔版版

5/5/12，WB在回帖中辱骂Kaspersky。按照版规的相关规定，两人分别被处罚14天和7天
封禁。WB用主ID和马甲PM版主进行辱骂和威胁，随后使用马甲开始刷屏炸版。版主一边
封他的马甲，一边向站务求援。站务随后介入开始全站办他刷屏的马甲。最终WB共在鱼
