有个问题请教： 刚来加州，租了个车，上了一小段高速，今天收到 Metro
expresslanes给我的罚单，说我走了FasTrak没有付钱（车上坐着我和老公2个人，开在
最左道还挺心安理得的，以为满足了carpool的要求）。由于从东部来的，只知道最左
边是carpool和EZpass. 开车的时候，真的没有看到提示牌说要交钱啊（可能是我粗心
吧）
那么问题来了，车子是租车公司的。租车公司来信说，要收13块钱的administering
