1）IVF看似神秘，其实很简单。 就是把女人的卵子取出，然后体外受精，最后重新植

需要注意的是，IVF不能给你造卵子，卵子都来自女方，所以女人年龄越大，卵子越少
质量越差。过35岁，卵子质量是快速下降。IVF技术在大龄病人群体的成功非常低，主
要就是这个卵子和胚胎质量问题。这个是没办法解决的问题。只有上帝才能帮35+大龄
女，或者就是纯粹好运气。
当然你可以说我不用自己的卵子，靠别人捐卵行不行？行，国外允许你自己找年轻的捐
卵者。国内是不允许，只能用其他病人剩下的。当然你自己手眼通天能找到医院私下做
算本事。另外，你愿意替别人生娃吗？你能想通了就好

Calcification was found at my first mammogram last year, so I went through
biopsy and surgical biopsy done by Barbara in June. More ADH was found. The
experience I want to share is that I did not take any pills for pain or
infection. She is a good surgeon. Now her nurse practioner keeps eye on me.
I feel the team is great.

48. Diabetic ketoacidosis is maily caused by type 1 DM, but can also be
caused by type II. Thus, lack of insulin or not enough insulin. As for HHNS,
only type II causes it, not type I. Diabetes insipidus is caused by lack of
ADH, has nothing to do with insulin. |

最近科室里面掀起了一阵CCRN潮，科室还给大家一套AACN的复习材料给大家轮流使用。
AACN 有一盘CD 和三套模拟训练题， 我只看了CD，觉得非常有用的，每个系统把考点
总结了一下，很好的加强了理论知识。
我还用了pass CCRN CD 的题库，没有全部做完，cardio 和 pulm 实在太多了，大概各
做了70题，
其他category题目少的基本都做完了，每次无论对的错的都看解释加做笔记，虽然笔记
后来一遍都没看过 ：（
总共复习了两个星期，其中全职上班,不上班的日子每天复习8小时，上班的日子完全不
看书。
实战感觉和 pass ccrn 接近或者更简单一些，基本一分钟一题，题干也不长，磨棱两
可的做bookmark，做完全部150题 然后回头琢磨那些磨棱两可的，根本不需要三小时。
以下理论知识基本在考题中都有用到：
CVP, PAOP, PAP, CO, CI 这些正常范围一定要知道，怎么区分LVHF 和 RVHF，fluid
status,
preload, afterload,
