Adenoviruses are a group of viruses that can infect the membranes (tissue
linings) of the respiratory tract, eyes, intestines, and urinary tract. They
account for about 10% of acute respiratory infections in kids and are a
frequent cause of diarrhea.
Adenoviral infections affect babies and young children much more often than
adults. Childcare centers and schools sometimes have multiple cases of
respiratory infections and diarrhea caused by adenovirus.

发帖数: 287 | 7 现在正在用invitrogen的viralpower adenoviral expression system, infect 293a
cell, 在37度培养箱培养。
箱内一层共有16个15cm plate,其中十个是infected的，其它6个是未被侵染的，用来
split
cell的。3天后发现所有的plate都被侵染了，都表达了mCherry.
可以肯定的一点绝不可能是我不小心将virus加到其它6个plate里了。会不会virus自
己挥发出来
侵染了其它盘，如果这样，应该怎样防护。希望大家分析一下，感激不尽！ |

generally speaking ad-cre can be more effective but with higher toxicity too
...I would go with lenti-cre if it is effective enough but for some stem
cells, it might not work well... |

比例的细胞。所以对于这么大的Size,要想高转染效率，估计只有包成Helper
Dependent Adenoviral Vector.
2.要看你转的是哪种细胞，mouse gene没有问题，但CMV在一些细胞里会表达很差，或
不表达。 |
