用别人用过的 breast pump ，只要自己配管子和奶瓶，光用个机器是不会传染的吧。

宝宝出来，觉得这过去的40周真的很美好，宝宝估计会到妈咪的意思了，都舒服的懒的
出来。39周的主日，去教堂听道，上帝借牧师的口对我说话“If you let God write
stories in your life, HE will not waste a single hurt…..Any labor in Lord
will not go in vein.”震撼的信息打通了我的心，生宝宝是为主做工，一切疼痛都不
是徒然。
40周： 可能是身体的荷尔蒙开始准备了，有一天和老爸去大华买菜，回家来居然喷嚏
阵阵鼻水连连，没吃药，这个过敏症状一直持续到delivery, 我是打着喷嚏Labor的，
宝宝出来以后过敏症状全无。
40w+3day早上去产检，内检啊，疼的哇哇叫，宫颈very tight只开了一指，胎头very
low, Lin看我这架势，指导我呼吸，还开玩笑说“don’t worry, labor is more

过敏：
钙， 维c，牛奶，大米，燕麦，苹果，鱼，胡萝卜，鸡蛋，糖 （suger），
不过敏：
香蕉，椰子，梨子，橘子，菠萝，大豆，杏仁，红薯
基本和我自己观察的吻合,因为时间有限，只测了这么多，以后有机会我还会叫医生给
我们再测试一些。
测试是这样的，我一个手拿个小瓶接触宝宝的身体，小瓶里面有每种所测物质。我另一
只手举起来，如果宝宝对这物质不过敏的话，我举起的那只手就很有力量，医生压我的
手我能很好的against。反之，我举起的手就没有劲，很软。
今天做了第一个treatment,叫BBF(brain-body balancing formula)。因为这种治疗方
法的原理就是，体内的能量不平衡，遇到过敏的物质，经络受阻能量无法畅通，所以才
出现了各种过敏症状。
一开始和测试过敏一样，我拿个BBF小瓶接触宝宝身体，举起两一只手，很没有劲。后
来医生把这个小瓶放在宝宝身上20分钟后再测试，我的手就变得很有劲了，说起来真的
很神奇，说是小瓶里面是能量，被宝宝吸收了。
