我是和我LD(dependent)一起交的。
我看到我的I485 Priority day 是2011年 （when my NIW I140 got approved),
我LD I485 的Priority day 是2012/11月。
我的category 是EB1B, 我LD的category是空的。
请问是这样的吗？

开始USCIS的人说我的EB1b混淆成了EB2，要求RFE。后来再问，说还处于background
clearance阶段。总之就是让我等。这样傻等不知道要多久，老板的funding已经用完，
我的工作都快要危险了。我打算效仿站内的一些能人，等满了一年就开始走诉讼的路(
mandamus action)。请问各位高人，能否提供一些这方面的信息给我。我想自己写诉讼
信，先看能不能自己搞定，这样可以省下昂贵的律师费。有哪位能够提供我一些这方面
信件的模板？我愿意付费购买，因为这些模板也是原作者的心血。如果实在没有人方便
提供模板，能否介绍几个这方面比较擅长的律师？我好跟他们联系。

过Form I-797A Notice of Action, Approval Notice for Change nonimmigrant
Status.
我是持有J-1签证, 申请的是EB1A的type, 我的J-1 waiver已经弄好受到notice了, 但
是好像跟这个Form I-797A不一样. 我能够用J1 的2year home rule waiver notice 来
替代这个不知道是什么的材料吗?

FINAL ACTION DATES的表格，里面关于EB2的DATE是10年的1/1。请教大家怎么理解这个
日期啊，是不是指EB2的485申请，现在只会批RD在这个日期之前的？

Actions Was Mailed。考古了一下发现很有可能是NOID，很无语。
现在的考虑是收到信后看看到底是什么，准备请个律师好好对付一下。有同学有相似的
经历么？
NOID体检的话一般会给几天？大家有什么好的主意么？
如果用过AP入境，但是没有用EAD，H1B依旧有效么？

原装EB2, PD 2012年8月，RD 2015年7月， 4月初current后找了congress man, 收到标
准模板回复，然后online SR, 催来的体检RFE，关于疫苗记录问题，4月30号交新体验
表，5月2 USPS网上显示delivered, 但一直网上状态没有更新，又做了一次SR，上周听
说排期提前退了，给senator发了邮件, 没有任何回音，昨天收到SR回复说under
review and is actively being processed by an officer，今天就收到这个Notice

护照有效期剩下不到一年了，是应该现在尽快更换吗，还是等等看？
如果现在更换，应该要把新护照主动提供给USCIS吗，会不会反而造成更多麻烦？
如果能在护照过期前拿到绿卡，再去换护照，是不是更安全？
只是怕USCIS处理不了这么快，到时候再催补交有效护照，也会麻烦……
有经历过类似情况的吗，能不能分享一下经验？多谢了 |
