We can deer hunt on this land. Other games are also OK year round.
There is no restriction on caliber of rifle in North Carolina in deer
season. Wild turkey should be shot by shotgun. For safety reason, I would
like still hunting (in stand) if you use rifle for deer hunting. |

white, excellent hunter, he mentioned he used muzzle loader rifle killed big
moose in 250 yards instantly.
his familyroom hung 8-9 huge dear, moose trophies and floor bear skin with
head.
we armhiking in his hunting property (>160 acres) for hours in new year.
watch his property, I mouthwater running so long, my dream is to buy some
acre woods as my hunting field later.

这次打Elk和国内来的好朋友一起去,还专门给他订了一支CZ550 300WIN MAG Ultimate
Hunter.订的时候,我们选的是Elk或者Moose,但是订的太晚,所以Moose的tag已经没有了
,而且打Moose的一定要去打Alaska Yukon Moose,所以最后订了打Elk.
我问了几个老猎人,推荐的基本都是Utah或者Idaho.当然了,要打到大动物,基本就要去
私人猎场了,去公共猎场打到大Elk的机会太少,而且危险指数很高.
因为工作太忙,我们只能去三天.我朋友从哥伦比亚出差回来,直接到Salt Lake City跟
我回合.我也第一次带着两只枪,从洛杉矶飞SLC.坐飞机带枪也不是太复杂的事情,就是
要提前到机场,跟航空公司办登机手续的人说一下,然后他们会让你去TSA的一个特别检
查站检查,然后托运走.
下午到SLC去当地Cabale's买东西,主要是我朋友买狩猎的迷彩服.这个时候我犯了两个
错误
第一,我没有估计好山区里的天气,所以买的衣服都不够厚,后面被冷的够呛.特别是手套
也薄,手指都没有感觉了

发帖数: 2428 | 19 第一次参加这个SHOW，第一天是有人带着的。主要看了一些大厂的东西。几乎没有什么
新东西。不过有几样比较搞的。一个是TACTICAL的LEVER ACTION，一个是圣诞树化的M1
CARBINE。还有一个可能是纯搞笑，一个BOLT ACTION上插了个SUREFIRE的60发弹匣。
摸了SCAR，ARX-160，FN2000，CZ的805BREN，SIG553等。ACR今天还没有去看。SAKO的
新M10很漂亮，就是太重了。
SCAR的感觉不错。ARX-160头重脚轻得厉害。FN2000的前部握持不舒服。而且非常不放
心它的那个枪机故障检查盖，拘枪的时候就在瞄准的眼前。一但KB至少这眼是废了。CZ
的805BREN猛一看就是SCAR和ACR的杂交，操作上比较象SCAR，但弹匣部分却是和AK一样。
今天还都是走马观花。明天开始重点看一些东西。 |

的么？其他厂商能够作出相似的枪然后命名为 XXX SCAR 或者是 YYY ACR么？
比如LWRC REPR，我一向以为 REPR是LWRC的特有枪型，直到发现DPMS也有一款类似的枪
名为REPR。

unlimited 09-10 season pass for $333 only! Even cheaper than Kirkwood. Mt.
Rose is smaller compared to Kirkwood (1200 acres vs 2300 acres). It is
further away from bayarea (240 miles vs. 187 miles). The good thing about Mt
.Rose is that it is close to Reno (<30 miles). If you stay in Reno, Casinos
have free shuttle to the ski resort.

To put that into perspective - SNOWBIRD resort is 2500 acres, which is about 10 sqkm. Whistler/Blackcomb combined is 8200 acres, which is about 33 sqkm...

不过你说的这两个真的比东部的大很多吗？
查了一下mommath，对比killington
vertical 3100ft vs 3050ft
lift 28 vs 22
trail 150 vs 141
skiable acres 3500acre vs 750 acre
google map上看了一下卫星图，占地面漆差不多，不过mommath上面没什么树，
killington树很多，所以面积差得很多。
这些差别不至于被震撼吧。。。
希望今冬我能滑的想点儿样子，明年去找加拿大的朋友，期盼着被震撼:) |

我前年没去过外州大山的时候也很倔，版上也很多南加的
也都是曾经在南加玩的
mt rose虽然小，也有1000多acre
big bear也就才几百acre，然后把去玩的人数算算，平均没块土地多少人，呵呵
而且，南加天气热，雪况绝大多数怎样你自己算算就知道了
不过你要是一直enjoy南加的小雪场不出去也挺好，省钱，反正不知道啥是更好

发帖数: 263 | 33 横穿优山美地国家公园的Tioga Pass上上周末刚开。俺们上周末去了趟猛犸山（
Mammoth Mountain)滑雪。简单汇报一下。
首先，优山美地今年的水和瀑布很多很大。但是人比水多。到处都是people山people海
的。在120公路上离公园入口还有好几里地呢就爬车了，速度比人走路还慢。
公园门票单车$20，年票$40。如果是老人，通行所有国家公园的终身票才$10一张。缺胳膊短腿（disabled)的话，免费！滑雪如果受伤的话，至少国家公园免费，买菜
看电影停车等都可以就近了。俺拿着俺的驾照算了半天，离老年人还差几年。遗憾的是，胳
膊腿儿虽然不利索，但也还都在。只好吐血买门票。
进了Yosemite National Park，到了Tioga Pass，人就不多了。但是山太高，空气稍微
缺乏一点，俺的破车气喘吁吁，油门踩到底才40多迈，transmission还overheat了。所幸风景很好，路边上白雪和瀑布随处可见。翻过了山，到了395号公路，就没人了，半个小时就到了Mammoth Lakes。其实这嘎达风景很好，有四个National Parks（Yosemite, D... 阅读全帖 |

dollars pot take like $0.25 as BJJ, plus the regular house rake. That is
high way robbery.
It make NL50 almost unplayable unless you can open 4+ table at the same time
. BTW, My IQ only allows me to open 2 tables. I am slow :)
I am not too worried about those Reg. But all in all, it is not very
profitable to play them. In Lock, I regularly build my bankroll from $100-$

A $200 profit, but takes 3 days work. Could have won more, but I shipped
100bb preflop in SB holding TTs against Btn Regulars' 4 bet in a 3 handed 6
max game, Btn Reg had KKs. What else is new? Even 3 handed, Reg still has
very tight of range making 4 bet. Should have know better.
