发帖数: 348 | 3 我很少来MITBBS, 以前也不知道有这个版, 前几天有个贴上了头版, 才把我带到这里.
忍不住多说几句. 这两天收到好几个站内信问关于Clinical Research 的工作问题. 简
单说下, 后面一段时间要去中国出差, 上这里不方便了.
1. 对于学生物又不想做研究的, 转和临床试验有关的工作是个好选择. 收入不错,
起薪可能不是太高, 5万左右, 但上升到11-12 万不是很难做到. 再多就看个人本事和
机遇了. 本科学历足够. PHD 有时侯反而不好, 你可以不写这段学历. 多数情况下绿卡
是必须的. 特别是没经验的, 别指望办H1. 这个行业美国人很多人想进还进不来呢.
2. 学点GCP 的知识, 考点证有点帮助, 但不是最主要的. 真正有含金量的ACRP 的
CCRA, CCRC 的证要工作2 年, 公司出推荐信才能考. 最有效的办法, 找个做临床试验
的诊所做Co-ordinator , 2年, 再去申请. 一般只有大公司招没经验的. 特别是PPD.
以前他们每年招几批, 我曾介绍几个朋友进去, 去年经济不好停了. 他们培训3个月,
考试不合格走人. 留下 |

I found at least two associations: ACRP and SoCRA, both have certificates.
Which one would help (or help better)? Some universities also offer "
certificate programs". Would those be useful, at all (in addition to
learning the basics)?

发帖数: 552 | 6 想转行新手，请教一个问题，eligibility说上过的program可以顶1500hr working
experience，但是这个program要至少216hr。我要上的一个program 只有180hr，不知
道剩下的36小时是不是可以上点别的program要求之外的课，大家都怎么操作的，谢谢
